Make your way in via the hall and follow it into the kitchen/diner. Put your groceries away then make a cup of tea to enjoy at the stylish table in here. Sit down to dine at the table in the conservatory, which has leafy views and adjoins the lounge. The lounge, which is two steps up from the kitchen/diner, is a cosy space within the autumn and winter months, when you can fire up the wood burner and settle down to your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. Two of the bedrooms, both of which are doubles, are also downstairs. One of these has an en-suite shower room, while the other has use of the family bathroom. One of these bedrooms also has garden doors. Climb the stairs up to the first floor to find a king-size bedroom, with an en-suite shower room. Stroll around the garden, taking in the rural views. Dine under the great Norfolk skies and bask in the sunshine. There is private, off-road parking for two cars.

The attractive brick and flint property is 6 miles from the beach at Brancaster and 4 miles from fashionable Burnham Market. Visit the famous flint-walled ruins of Creake Abbey, 6.5 miles away. Plan a day out to the Royal Sandringham Estate, 9.5 miles away, to wander through the parkland and tour the mansion.

- Washing machine is in the family bathroom

- Smart TV and DVD in the lounge

- Wood burner in the lounge (1st basket of logs included)

- Garden with patio, garden furniture, lawn, and mature plants

- Private off-road parking for 2 cars

- Shop and pub 1.5 miles and beach 5 miles

- The property is not connected to mains water and instead uses a borehole. The water is maintained to the same standard as mains water and is regularly monitored and is safe to drink

- Please note - it is recommended that bottled water is used for babies
