This spacious, newly remodeled waterfront house features 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3,500 sq ft, 14 ACTUAL BEDS and sleeps 2-22 people!! With 7 bedrooms, this home offers multiple sleeping arrangements suitable for your large group or 3-4 families.

Walk into an inviting, enormous living area with 180 degree views of the lake beckoning you to relax and UNWIND. The main level features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, stainless commercial grade appliances, an extended counter area for serving your crew, high ceilings, and a 65” TV. The hallway extends to two full bathrooms and three bedrooms. Downstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, in addition to the Game Room, Media Room and a gaming system.

Sip your morning coffee outside on the large, shaded deck while enjoying the tranquility of the open water before it bursts with activity. Generous seating on the upper deck of the boat dock allows everyone to be seconds from cooling off in the water. The mature pecan tree-shaded lot gently slopes to the water and everything you will need for fun on the lake
boat dock, 2 boat slips and/or a jet-ski lift.

When it’s time to wind down in the evenings, relax in the over-sized hot tub while taking in the breathtaking lake views from the lower deck.

LAKE LBJ UNWIND is located on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. With 21 miles of shoreline, Lake LBJ boasts a constant water level, stunning Texas Hill Country views, fishing, water sports, and various outdoor activities. Family-friendly restaurants & Horseshoe Bay amenities including boat rentals, and miniature golf are nearby. This home is near everywhere you want to be on the Lake! HEB is 5 minutes away!

Bring your boat! There is a boat launch very close by, and you can use the two slips in the boat dock. The driveway can accommodate 5 vehicles or boats/trailers.

Family vaca at Unwind on LBJ

Check in was easy. The code worked and we were in, in a jiffy. The property manager was very accessible and responded to texts quickly. The plus about this house was the amounts of sleeping it allowed. Also, how close the house was to the water. The level back yard helped my elderly parents get to the water easily. We did struggle with the TV. There were 4 remotes and none of them turned the TV on or adjusted sound. We had to get our tech savvy family to figure it out. The first night we ran out of towels for showers and started using our beach towels. Finally a family member found all of the extra towels in the laundry room. It would have nice to know that’s where they are stored. My elderly dad sat in a chair on the top house deck and the bottom broke out. My daughter sat in the chair around the kitchen table and a screw fell out. A light above the kitchen table did not work. It seems a little more maintenance and care to items I’m the house may be needed to keep things from breaking.

Wonderful Family Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, and 100% would stay there again. Had plenty of room and we were able to enjoy the boat lift and hot tub. We had extra cars and a boat, so we found a public boat ramp in town and stored our extra cars in town as well, so definitely recommend combining into cars. Host and Owner were responsive. Enjoy your stay!

Perfect getaway

Perfect spot for our getaway. Had more than enough space for us. Was nice being so close to the water. Beautiful dock area nice to lift the boat out of the water and perfect for kids to jump in and have a swim. Had a great time looking forward to returning next year!!

Very nice spacious home!

Comfortable bed! Spacious rooms! Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans! TV's were big and theater room was a plus! The whole house had not been dusted in a while. Lots of spider webs and live spiders found. The jacuzzi was dirty when we uncovered it. One of the bottom bedrooms had a fitted sheet that had melted gum or something gooey on it. It was very gross. Two of the controls from the bottom TV's were missing batteries.

Family Vacation

We came to lake LBJ for a family vacation with a group from a range of 1 to 70 years old. We had such a great time, it was a great location, and the sleeping accommodations were perfect! We felt safe having our kiddos there and they were able to roam around freely! We are already looking forward to our trip next year and hope we can book again!

Great Get Away

The house is great! The nonstop breeze was amazing & made sitting out, over lake so enjoyable. We were unable to swim in front of house, because wakes from boats & jet skis made the waters too rough, but we had a great stay in spite of that.

We had a wonderful time and the house and property are beautiful. Our only disappointment is that this property adds money for usage of every single amenity. We have been renting houses at LBJ for 9 years and never have we ever had to pay so many extra dollars to use things that are already located at the property.

Yearly family vacation & wedding anniversary!

My husband and I got married in Kingsland and choose to celebrate every year with our family and friends. This house was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Very clean and location was great! Thank you!

Great Lake house

We have been going to LBJ for over 10 years now and this house was one of the best we have rented. It was very clean and had lots of space. It also had a double boat lift and that was a win for us.

Great spot on the lake!

We had a very relaxing week at the lake. This house was great for my family with the separate downstairs for my teenager. Great set up for our dog too! There are only a few negatives, but overall we loved it and it has an amazing view!! Despite these issues we would consider staying again: 1. The house was clean but a bit disheveled in a few spots (couch cushions, dishes in cabinets, etc) 2. The hot tub was dirty! Sand everywhere so we did not use it. 3. We were enjoying our stay and asked to stay another night and asked how much would that cost. They said yes and gave us a price we agreed, they charged me and then on our last day they said “oh we forgot to charge you an extra $50 for your dog for the 1 extra day, we’ll just use the card on file” to me if you quoted me a price we agreed and I paid, to come back for $50 wouldn’t be worth it. I would take the loss since it wasn’t the renters fault. Again, not a huge issue just something to consider. 4. They forgot to tell the handyman we were staying an extra day and he showed up. When he saw me through the window he came on in. I explained we had another day and he introduced himself and left. Nice guy!! Just an awkward encounter with him inside the house. This house would be great for a large casual group!

Holiday Getaway

We enjoyed this house immensely! It was very comfortable and well stocked. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out a bit. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. You can tell that the owners enjoy cooking and entertaining because there were lots of kitchen conveniences and plenty of dish and glass ware. We enjoyed all the entertainments provided. We were slightly apprehensive when we learned, after booking, that the only access between the levels is an exterior staircase, but that did not prove to be an inconvenience at all. We were there in December, so we did not use the boat lift, but the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and jumping in the lake and then warming up in the hot tub. We all enjoyed watching the sunsets from the deck. It was also nice to be close enough to the store and other conveniences to run quickly when we realized we’d forgotten something. Thanks for having such a nice property!

Gorgeous view, space for everyone

Our extended of family of 17 had a blast here! The cousins loved having the downstairs movie room and pool table “to themselves” and the grownups each had their own bedroom. There is a wonderful cabinet in the laundry room with more towels that you can possibly use. The kitchen / dining area had plenty of room for everyone and the hosts were quick to respond to anything we needed. The hot tub was a hit. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful home, wonderful memories created.

From the moment we arrived we enjoyed the peacefulness of this beautiful home on LBJ. We brought our boat and used the boat slip, it was really nice that a gentleman showed up explained the boat slip and different operating tips upon arriving. The host Roxana was extremely communicative and we felt that we could reach out to her through a simple text, she was always available. The home was specials and fit my family, parents, and my sisters and her family. It was a beautiful spot to visit with shopping near by. Thank you for opening your home to us and we through lot loved the memories we created as a family.

Overall great but, water bugs


Overall the property was great to stay at & fit our large group perfectly. The water bugs were an issue & definitely something to look out for. We did have to sort out towels for everyone from the up stairs laundry room which was a surprise since there’s such specific instructions for them upon checkout. The kitchen was great though, as was the back yard & boat dock. We hadn’t been to LBJ before & didn’t realize how narrow it is. So, if you go on a holiday weekend, know that if you’re floating in the lake, it will be more like a wave pool - ha! We still all had fun & ultimately enjoyed our long awaited family reunion.

Family Reunion

We rented this place for our annual Family Reunion. We had enough beds for every one, the layout is perfect The large kitchen was great for cooking for our crew of 19. There are two decks, small and large and gave us lots of room for visiting and watching the yard games and the time in the lake. We also rented a boat for leisure and pulling the tube. So much fun and lots of memories made. Great place!

Perfect easter weekend
