Other Things to Note:

At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:



- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

- Non-Refundable Pet Fee $170.75 (Tax Included) Maximum of 2 pets. Cats are not allowed. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.

- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

We just wrapped up an amazing stay on Lake LBJ and I couldn’t recommend this rental more! The house was spotless, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were incredible and the outdoor space was perfect — we spent most of our time on the deck and down by the water. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, great kitchen for cooking meals, and easy access to the lake for boating and swimming. Communication with the host was seamless and check-in was super easy. Definitely one of our favorite lake trips and we’ll absolutely be back!

Wonderful, beautiful place, boat ramp so handy, very narrow but doable. Loved the pool and hot tub, comfy beds. They even had a spice rack which was great because I forgot our spices for the burgers. Husband loved having the black stone griddle! Nice relaxing weekend, looking at coming back next year!

LBJ house close to everything

House was very nice and had all the amenities you would want or need for a vacation. The pool, outdoor area, and 3 hole putt putt kept our crew busy all weekend. It is nice for a big group with a lot of room for eating and relaxing. All the bedding, sheets, pillows, towels, toilet paper and paper towels were of very good quality and you don’t have to bring extras. They had a lot of beach towels for us to use. We ate at Alfredo’s and the Boat House Burgers and both were delicious. We were very close to HEB and Dairy Queen for ice cream runs. Kids kayaked down to the old railroad bridge and had fun in the cove. It can be windy at night which is nice because we didn’t have any bugs but bring in your belongings because they can blow away. The hot tub was also great! The game room area with ping pong and TV was a hit. The management company responds quickly via email or text to answer any questions. The surrounding area is still evolving for some local businesses and homes but didn’t have any issues and it’s very quiet down this dead end street. The TV in the master bedroom and the game room was a struggle to get to work so we tried to stream it from our phone but it was intermittent otherwise the wifi works well too. The only thing I was missing was foil or Saran Wrap but this place has everything else. We had a great time!

Wonderful Spring Break

My family loved staying at this beautiful home. I have 5 children and finding a place that checks everyone list is tough, but this place had a little something for everyone. We had a very quiet stay on the lake, maybe because we had an earlier spring break than most schools, but we loved the location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return in the future!

We've stayed in Kingsland before, but this is the 1st time at this property. It was spacious, clean, included everything we needed for cooking/entertaining, and had convenient access to the lake. The management company was very responsive to a few minor requests we had. Overall, we had a wonderful trip!
