Welcome to Paradise Cove on Lake LBJ! Come relax and enjoy making memories at this wonderful, waterfront home with many amenities! Outdoor oasis with private gated pool and many shade umbrellas, 6 loungers,patio furniture,tiki bar with hot tub, firepit, grills, fully furnished covered arbor with satellite t.v. Our single level home is situated on large 1-acre with grassy backyard and pet friendly! The kiddos will enjoy paddle boat, kayaks, lily pads, life jackets, outdoor games (oversized jenga, bocce, horseshoes, corn hole) 2 player arcade game console, electronic basketball & karaoke) The dockside automatic fish feeder timed 7am & 9pm for some of the best fishing off our large dock.

Best way to see Lake LBJ and get wet is by boat! We have on-site 2 brand new 2022 Seadoo GTI SE 170/ 3 seater with Bluetooth sound system and charging dock!!! They also have brakes and reverse for the best ride on the water. Whether you pull a tube, relax on one of the sandy islands (only reachable by boat)or just spend the day cruising the lake. These are not your normal rental boats/ Luxury on the water for the whole day!

When it's time to wind down and get some shut eye, you'll find comfortable beds and satellite TV in every room!
Plenty of room for that big family getaway!

We had an exceptional stay at this lake house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed getaway. The property truly goes above and beyond with amenities—everything from kayaks and paddle boards to pool floats, water games, yard games, and multiple grilling options (gas, charcoal, Blackstone, and even a pizza oven). Every detail has been thoughtfully considered.Mornings were a highlight, enjoying the peaceful sunrise with geese nearby, birds singing, and even a few playful squirrels adding to the charm. While the outdoor spaces and water activities were incredible, the kids’ favorite feature was easily the dedicated kids room, which kept them entertained for hours. Even our two dogs were thoughtfully accommodated and just as entertained, which made the stay even more special for our whole family.Overall, a seamless and memorable experience. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this home to others.

This place was magical. It had everything you could imagine for a lakeside getaway, and more. House was superbly equipped. Host was quick to respond to any questions. The kayaks and pedal boat were so much fun, and the thoughtful details like bubbles and smores kit for the kids made it extra special. The kids loved the game room. Note that the jet skis come with an additional cost, but they were so much fun - totally worth the extra. We definitely will be back! Thank you for a perfect Labor Day Weekend!

Everything was absolutely wonderful about this vacation! The owners thought about everything from the pool toys, lake toys, yard toys and s’mores. We did not need anything else. My family of kids and grandkids (14 total) and 2 pups fit perfectly in the house. The kitchen had everything you needed and more as well. The owners were wonderful and available with any questions. We could not have asked for a more wonderful experience.

Fab Family Fun!

We had three families with children ranging from toddlers to teens. Everyone enjoyed this place. The teens loved their space! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. There was something for all ages here! We plan to return next summer! Communication with the host was awesome!We loved it!

Wonderful, relaxing vacay!

We had 2 families, 14 people total ages 18-65, the house was perfect for everyone. We spent the majority of our time outside because the outdoor amenities are phenomenal and I'm not sure how, but I didn't find any mosquitoes, so this Louisiana crew thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors! Between fishing off the dock, cooling off in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub or watching LSU take the MCWS game with 13 of your closest friends, our time here was perfect! The cooking accommodations were also above average- we had ribs on the charcoal pit, steaks on the gas grill, & breakfast for 14 on the Blackstone was a breeze! We even tested out the pizza oven with left over BBQ! The only thing I didn't find was a wisk but I stopped looking when I found the mixer so it probably is there too. We did bring a boat, just to note- lots of boat traffic & game wardens on weekends, water was choppier w/ the increased traffic, certainly not something to avoid, but just be aware for planning purposes. Overall book this place, you won’t regret it!

Loved our stay!

From the minute we arrived to the time we left, our family vacation was a wonderful enjoyable time. We had three families with three grandchildren ages 3,4, and 6. The kids loved fishing and catching the perch (even a baby catfish). The pool and hot tub were great ways to spend the rest of the day after a morning on the Colorado River tubing, skiing, and playing on a lily pad. Nights were spent playing card games. My husband created breakfast each morning on the grill on the patio. There was plenty of decking to enjoy our time. I really believe this rental has anything and everything a family might need to have an enjoyable time.

Great 4th of July lake location

I can not emphasize enough how great our stay was at this lake property. We had 14 people with dogs and the place provided enjoyment and entertainment for all, kids, teens, adults and pups included. This place is even better than the pictures and had a fantastic view of the fireworks. All kinds of pool toys, games and things provided. Highly recommend!

The great American eclipse &

Wonderful spot to watch the total eclipse and celebrate a milestone birthday for one of our friends. Tyler(property manager) provided so many thoughtful extras it made the stay wonderful. We all felt very pampered while there. The house, pool, hot tub and variety of kayaks & paddle boats were great! Plenty of choices for sitting and lounging outside with blankets provided for chilly evenings. Being able to bring our pets was great. The dogs loved playing in the large yard and with a doggie door so they could go outside easily. Best vacation home we’ve ever stayed!!

Great family vacation spot!

The property was wonderful! There was plenty of space for our three families and 2 pets inside and outside. The area was quiet and grocery store was easy to get to. The backyard was perfect for the kids to play and the adults to relax and unwind. The host was very responsive and helpful. Our families used the kayaks and paddleboat, which was perfect to get to the main river just around a couple of bends. The hot tub and firepit being right next to each other was great for the entire family to hang out together. Between the smoker and grill, plenty of ways to keep everyone happy and fed. Kids also had fun with the games in the bunk room when they weren’t outside playing. Would definitely rent here again!

"The Best Weekend Ever!"

At least that's what all 6 kids said and most of the adults! If it wasn't the best ever it was in the top 5. I can't say enough about this property. It was perfect for 13 of us and a dog. Communication was phenomenal. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There are A LOT of umbrellas and that's a good thing since the days were scorchingly hot! The pool was a perfect solution for the heat. The AC inside kept up pretty well considering all the in and out going on. The master bedroom didn't quite cool down as well as the rest of the house but it wasn't unbearable. Also no closet for guest use in the master but easily resolved and not a big deal. The kids utilized everything here...the arcade games, karaoke, chalkboard, basketball, etc. Outdoors there is more than the listing says: there are 3 kayaks, paddle boat, fishing poles and multiple outdoor games. The Sea Doos are an additional charge but worth every penny! The yard is huge and the grass is green and lush. The lake wasn't too busy so it was easy to maneuver the watercraft with the kids. Fishing was fun! I caught 2 large catfish and my grandson caught 1. We did catch and release but I'm sure they would have been great to eat. Tyler is the perfect host! There were treats for us and the pooch when we arrived. Very nice touch. There were PLENTY of towels, both beach and bath. What else can I say? We absolutely LOVED this property! My family spent this time together in peace (rare)! I hope we can stay here again!

Family Vacation

We spent a fun filled week over the 4th of July at the lake house. Tyler was amazing and answered all of my questions before we arrived and was available 24/7 for anything we needed. The house slept 14 of us—we spent the majority of our time on the patio, in the pool and on the lake. We grilled out several times and made large meals in the kitchen, which was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. It was the perfect location with wonderful hosts. Thanks again!!

Perfect Place for my daughter’s 16th Bday Celebration!

Just and incredible property with easy access to 2 AWESOME Sea Doos, kayaks and a pedal boat. The yard is extremely lush and spacious and provided lots of room for the kids and our pup. Both grills and the fire pit were put to use. The pool, outside lighting, deck lounges and sound system(s) provided for relaxing evenings. And finally the sleeping arrangements (including the game room room / bunk room) we’re clean, comfortable and well appointed. TOP NOTCH STAY!!!

We had an amazing time at Tyler & Jason’s precious lake house! Awesome place!!

This house was perfect for what we needed. Spacious house for a group for 15 we all had plenty of space. The back yard was exactly what we needed a spot to lounge out and relax overlooking the beautiful views kids can play in the pool and preparing lunch or supper by the tiki bar. Also super easy access to the lake just a couple minute drive threw the canal.

Amazing stay!

This property is awesome!! My husband and I took our family for a weekend getaway. This house is awesome! It's clean, it's updated, and the pool is awesome!! We went kayaking, paddle boating, jet skiing, played corn hole, sat out by the fire pit, and ate smores. We used the outdoor grill. The outside patio is comfortable and relaxing. It's a great place to drink your coffee in the am. It's located right by Lake LBJ. There are Tv's in every room w/ cable. The kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home. The yard is huge. We brought our 2 dogs and they loved it! They even have a huge kennel in case you need it. I could go on and on about this place. The owners are super nice!! :) Book it! You won't be disappointed!!
