Doing remodel/construction. No problem but the construction done in the bathroom was terrible! Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Shotty construction around the sink area. Staff nice.

No late checkout!

Overall a good stay, untill we were told we had 5 minutes to leave our room after confirming we had an extra hour for late checkout. After speaking to the front desk, who said they were unaware of our late checkout, we were told we had 5 minutes to pack and leave, I had my toddler in the bath at this time and even got a second knock on the door and was told “now 4 minutes “ absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional and then we were followed down the elevator and out of the lobby. Unbelievable, I’ve never been treated so poorly.

The water pressure and the availability of hot water is reminiscent of the pioneer days. If I had these conditions at home I’d call a plumber. Or move.

I’ve stayed at this property 3 times in the last month for a total of 6 nights. The hotel is undergoing renovations and modernization. I stayed in a room that hadn’t been upgraded. The staff were amazing and welcomed me back. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were clean and had adequate outlets for charging devices. My only complaint is the water pressure and availability of hot water. I had to let the shower run for over 10 minutes to get warm water, hot water was out of the question. Also, on my most recent stay, the TV in my room was wholly inadequate. Half the size of the other rooms I’ve seen and it only got about 6-8 weird deep cable channels. That’s usually not a problem because I travel with an Amazon FireStick. This tv didn’t have an HDMI port because it was probably from the Kennedy administration.

Very musty, mildewy smell as soon as you enter hotel. The bedsheets felt damp and musty smell in room. I had trouble sleeping with the smell. We arrived very late with kids so just slept as best we could. We didn’t have breakfast there as we just wanted to leave the hotel as soon as we woke up. I’d recommend paying more for a different hotel.

Terrible experience nothing worked including the room keys to our original room which we figured out after going up and down the elevator 5 times so they finally gave us a different room, the tub didn’t drain the shampoo travel size bottles were empty as well as the soap the refrigerator didn’t work and when I moved it had water pour out of it. The guy that was working the front desk was partaking in smoking weed from one of the rooms on the first floor. Super sketchy people all over. I will never stay at this location or any other ones ever again. Totally disappointed in my purchase for this stay.
