Three bedroom bungalow sleeping 5 in an ideal part of Kinsale. Beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard with all amenities. The quaint, picturesque, bustling little streets of kinsale, the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, the harbour, marina area and fishing boats are all right on your doorstep, less than 10 minutes walk away. Kinsale enjoys a growing reputation as the gourmet centre of Ireland. Live music can also be heard from many a pub as you walk along Kinsale's streets. An ideal location for sailing, golf, and fishing, Kinsale has a yachting harbour, sailing club and three golf courses. Not only do Kinsale's glorious beaches, coves and inlets make it one of the most popular bathing, snorkelling and surfing areas in Ireland, the waterfront is also a launching post for deep-sea angling, scuba diving and blue-shark fishing trips. Maison trĂšs confortable prĂšs du charmant centre ville

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able quasi de plein pied. Équipement moderne et opĂ©rationnel. Centre ville colorĂ©e avec beaucoup de restaurants et quelques boutiques en quelques minutes Ă  pied. Quelques promenades pour grands et petits marcheurs avec de belles vues sur les collines verdoyantes donnant sur la riviĂšre et la mer.

Discovering Kinsale

We decided to stay in one place for a month to really get to know the people and what Kinsale had to offer. We were not disappointed. The house is lovely with a gorgeous view and a lovely neighbor. We did not rent a car so walked to town and would take a taxi or bus back when we had groceries to carry. We also used buses to go to other towns and that worked out well. Graham was easy to contact and answered all questions quickly. All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended by all guests!

Wonderful stay in Kinsale

The accommodation was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The view from the back deck is spectacular. The property is within walking distance to the town but a little hilly for anyone with mobility issues. All in all a lovely time here.

Comfy, cosy and very functional

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was cosy, comfy , clean and warm. The kitchen was very functional and it was very easy to relax after being out all day . It’s about a 7 minute walk into town or a 2 minute drive. The just communicated really well. We will definitely be back .

Comfy house and close to town

The house is very cozy and within easy walking distance of the town. The house is well equipped, and the owner has provided the user manuals for most of the appliances which was very helpful. Everything is spotless and well maintained. It was very easy to communicate with the owner via the app. He responds quickly to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Very comfortable,clean, spacious,well equipped,all appliances in good working order.Nice patio and garden area.Location very quiet and 5 mins walk down town to centre.Yes,there is a hill,but manageable,it is a hilly region.Very scenic,town is lovely and colourful.Parking a bonus.One issue in twin room,bottom shelf not secured,easy fix. Extremely happy and would definitely return to no 21 .

Pleasant Stay
..but only just !

After a few days it became obvious that the bed in the en suite room was not for us
. Basically it was too firm and we needed to supplement the mattress to make it softer. Also we found that the microwave was not working
just before dinner one evening. It showed every sign of operating
but not cooking !!! The patio needs to be replaced due to loose slabs
 The property is beginning to feel it’s age.. Homely, but not great value !!! Entry/exit to the property is near impossible at school start/finishing times because of indiscriminate parking by parents who are either dropping off or picking up their children. The double yellow lines have no effect. Kinsale itself is looking jaded when compared with other tourist towns nearby.

Nice place but some issues

We stayed at the house for 2 days. There were issues at the house that impacted our health so we moved to another location. The owner was very gracious and respectful and refunded the money. The house is a great location close to town centre. It has all that you need- full kitchen, living room, several bedrooms, two bathrooms and an expansive garden. The owner was easy to work with. He plans to address the issues we noted in his house. Once that is corrected, I would recommend this as a great place to stay!

Graham’s house was very clean and cost, and immediately felt like home. It was very close to the downtown area, and we enjoyed all the pubs and restaurants Kinsale has to offer, especially loved the music. We would live to stay in the cottage again!

Lovely House

This house has a great location for staying in Kinsale. Its a very well equipped house. Beds are comfortably. It has a lovely lawn to the back with seating & fabulous view, if you were lucky enough to have nice weather. KINSALE itself is a lovely town....

Perfect central location

location was within walking distance of center of town. Couldn't have been better placed for exploring Kinsale and immediate area. Rained hard most of our visit so we didn't roam far but still found plenty to do.
