Discover the cosy atmosphere of this new constructed villa, located just few steps from the centre of Kissamos. Modern design, elegant style and airy indoor and outdoor spaces characterize Villa Despina, creating an idyllic spot for day and night.
Indoors, Villa Despina is decorated in a style combinig both modern and traditional features. In the living room there is a 40 inch satellite smart tv with access to Netflix and Youtube . The kitchen is spacious with all the necessary electrical appliances for a comfortable stay.
Four airy bedrooms accommodate up to seven guests in this exclusive villa. All of the bedrooms have high quality mattresses, linen and towels and their own balconies with mountain view .The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and satellite TV.
All bedrooms, living room and kitchen have air conditioners.
Outdoors, Villa Despina is wonderful. Surrounded by a small garden, a comfortable pergola-shaded dining area, a swimming pool with sunbeds and a BBQ area create an ideal place for all guests.
Free wifi access is provided to all rooms and garden of the villa.
A parking space is always available , free of charge, on the road in front of the villa.

Perfection

Very good communication once booked. Great welcome and show around by the owner. Cleanest villa we have ever stayed in. Good level of equipment in the villa. sundries like cling film, foil, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. BBQ fuel and lighters were provided. Fantastic location for small supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, tavernas. The beach is about 10/15 min easy walk away. The owner could not have done more for us.

Fantastic Accommodation and The Perfect Host

Firstly a note about our host, Stelios. The warmest of welcomes, ensured we were fully informed and was available if required (we didn’t need anything)
great communication throughout and really tried to make our stay the most enjoyable experience, even offering to personally take us to “The big supermarket” as we didn’t have cars! The lemon pie left for us on arrival and midweek, and the olive oil from his farm were the nice touches which make a difference. Now Villa Despina: absolutely spotlessly clean inside and out. A very well equipped kitchen, great living area which easily accommodated 7 of us. Bedrooms were very good size, beds very comfortable and bathrooms and showers were great. The gardens were well presented and relaxing, the pool is great - we used it before breakfast and after retuning from the beach to cool off, very safe and clean. The area is fine, cockerels in the background, occasional church bells but definitely not intrusively noisy. Well located with lots of mini-marts, coffee/pastry and ice cream shops within a few minutes and only 5 minutes walk to some local shops and tavernas. A further 5 mins walk down to the sea front where you can drink, feast and shop as you please. Great beach about 15mins walk, perfect for kids and water sports. In summary, we had a fantastic holiday, Stelios and Villa Despina definitely contributed to this
if we return to Kissamos we would absolutely return to Villa Despina which is the highest recommendation I can give.

Fabulous villa with Great Host

Villa Despina is a fabulous villa with a private pool in a great location to explore western Crete. Kissamos is a lovely seaside town with lots of excellent tavernas and cafes all within a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the villa. Stelios the host is such a lovely attentive host giving recommendations for eating and towns to visit and always available to help. I would highly recommend Villa Despina for a great Cretan holiday

Luxuriöses Villa zum wohlfĂŒhlen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles sauber. Eigener Pool mit eigenen Liegen. Alle 5 Tage wurde gereinigt und HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche gewechselt. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Nette Restaurants in unmittelbarer NĂ€he.

What a fabulous find!

This was the first time I’d booked a family holiday without using a travel agent and I have to admit I was a little nervous, but I’m so glad we did! This property is fantastic, beautifully, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. I travelled with my husband and 3 teenage sons and there was no argument over who got which bedroom as they were all a good size, beautiful, with their own balcony and 3 bathrooms. The pool, was perfect for coming home to after a day in the heat and although 1 reviewer mentioned it was shallow (1 meter deep) we found it was a great depth for us as it was deep enough for a swim but also brilliant for playing games, no one was out of their depth. Stelios was a fantastic host, quick to answer my messages before we left England (which put my mind at rest) there to greet us and show us round the house when we arrived and very accommodating over our travel times. Kissamos itself is a lovely place, a seaside town with lots going but not yet overrun by tourists. It has a lovely sand beach and plenty of great restaurants along the sea front, an lovely place to eat as the sun sets and they come alive around 9pm. The Villa positioned so that it’s close enough to walk into the busy square or sea front but far enough away so that it is still a quiet setting. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Crete

The villa is absolutely amazing, confortable and well equipped. We were a party of 7 and there was room for everyone to stay. The surraurroindings are very quiet. It is located near the centre of Kissamos. You have all the shops and restaurants just a walk away with no need to use the car. Stelios is a perfect host and kindly takes care of e everyithing you need. I would absolutely recommend this house.

Hochwertig und mitten drinnen

Wir waren fĂŒr 3 Wochen im Haus und wir wollen zunĂ€chst auf den sehr hohen technischen Standard des Hauses zu sprechen kommen. Sehr angenehm - an allen Fenstern und BalkontĂŒren sind Fliegengitter verbaut + elektrische Rollos, so dass man sowohl um die Sonne fern zu halten - als auch nachts zum Schlafen alles komplett verdunkeln kann. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Alle Duschen gerĂ€umig. Die Betten gut und bequem. Die KĂŒche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der EigentĂŒmer kĂŒmmert sich gut um die GĂ€ste und erfĂŒllt wirklich jeden Wunsch. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit gut aufgehoben gefĂŒhlt. Kissamos selbst ist ein Ort, der wenig WĂŒnsche offen lĂ€sst. Vom Haus selbst kann man zu Fuß auch alles erreichen. Am Meer gelegen (8-10 Gehminuten vom Objekt) befinden sich viele gute Restaurants. Als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge ist der Ort gut verkehrstechnisch angebunden. Wir können das Haus voll umfĂ€nglich weiter empfehlen und bedanken uns bei Stellios fĂŒr die gute Betreuung und die Herzlichkeit. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Super schöne Villa!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien und Kindern fĂŒr 14 Tage in dieser Villa. Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir konnten kochen/ grillen, es ist alles vorhanden. Und wenn uns eine Kleinigkeit gefehlt hat, dann war der Vermieter sofort zur Stelle und hat es uns entweder selbst besorgt oder uns gute Tipps gegeben. Sauberkeit und Ordnung mit Abstand am besten was ich bis jetzt gesehen habe!!! Die Lage von der Villa ist super. In wenigen Gehminuten konnten wir essen gehen oder zum kochen einkaufen. Der Pool war immer sauber. Der Vermieter hatte sich ĂŒber Nacht um die Reinigung gekĂŒmmert. Die Villa ist wirklich zu empfehlen! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und total hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich bei dem Vermieter fĂŒr seine nette Art und hohe Hilfsbereitschaft!!!

All you could possibly think of!

We have just returned from our stay at the Villa. This house is by far the best accommodation we have ever rented. It is well equipped, the beds are great and virtually silent air-conditioning is amazing! The location is great too, there are plenty of grocery shops around. A car is a must if you would want to visit the magical beaches (Balos, Falassarna and Elafonissi), towns (we liked Chania most) and the lake (Kurna). Stellios is a great host, very responsive and quick to reply. The whole our family enjoyed the stay!

Well equipped modern Villa in great location . Owner was on hand for any questions .

Just returned from 2 week break in this lovely Villa. Very comfortable for our party of 5 . Villa is in an excellent location to be able to walk to numerous excellent places to eat . The sea and sandy beach are within a 15min walk . Lots of small shops to buy food plus larger supermarkets and shops for most other items you may require ( clothes , shoes , gifts) The pool is only 1metre deep but is perfect to swim and cool down in . Beds were very comfortable, the cleaner came every 4-5 days . Insect nets at windows /doors and Aircon units in each room make the villa of high standard . Stellios the owner was so helpful and on hand if we had any questions . He treated us to cakes from the local bakery and if we needed anything was a phone call away . We hired a car to score the local area . We enjoyed Falasana Beach and the tour at BioLea Olive oil plant . Chocolat ice-cream shop at the end of the road was a bit with the child and adult alike. We would definitely return to this beautiful Villa in Crete . Thank you Stellios .
