Marina Sunset is a luxurious seafront villa, ideal for a romantic getaway or family holiday. The villa boasts beautiful landscaped gardens & a delightful pool overlooking the Mediterranean ocean. The outside area has an electric patio sun awning, loungers & pool side shower. Marina has magnificent, unobstructed sea views; the perfect peaceful location to watch sunrise & sunset. A walkway from the garden provides direct access to the beach below. The villa is within walking distance to local taverns, shops, restaurants & a 2 minute drive into Coral Bay village. The modern interior comprises an open plan sitting, dining & kitchen area with marble floors, air conditioning & fly screens for your comfort. Furnished to a high standard with dining table & chairs, leather sofas, 40 inch Smart TV, DVD & Sat with 24hr movies. If you have a Netflix account you can use it during your holiday. The kitchen fully equipped with all essential appliances.
Renovations were completed in 2022.
There's a Master bedroom: en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. Additional double bedroom with a King bed & one bedroom with two single beds.
New open plan kitchen with electric hob, oven, dishwasher & microwave. The washing machine is in the utility room.

The villa is perfect beautiful scenery and loads to do in the area lots of places to eat and the villa had everything ypu need the owners where awesome and we had such a great time romantic veiws and walks and watching the sunset cant be beat we will definitely come back again loved every minute of our stay you wont be disappointed and the pool was amazing to keeps cool on the hot days perfect weather

This is our second time at this property. Cannot get a better location, beautiful sunset views and lovely pathway now created behind villa for great walks ! We hired a car because we love visiting different restaurants in the area and going places without buses. Mary easy to contact and very quick responses yet we had no worries what so ever.

Outstanding views across the bay and very short walk to beach and mini market and hotel with good and very reasonable priced restaurant. The villa was exceptionally clean and tidy with all amenities plus more than you would need. Beds comfortable and aircon which is a must. Nice size pool ideal for cooling down in Cyprus heat. The owner Mary was exceptionally helpful right from the first booking and responded very quickly to queries, she also left essentials milk, water, wine, tea and coffee. We hired a car which we would recommend to see the island and its history plus the lovely authentic villages.

Great villa and location!

We had a great 10 days here! The villa was well equipped, clean and great location. Mary was quick to respond to a couple of queries we had. I always love it when essentials are left to avoid the panic to buy the essential tea bags! Villa is a short walk to a protected bay for a cool off, close to kiosk for essentials, close to bus stop and 5 min stroll to nearby hotel along the coastal path to make the most of their daily cocktail happy hour by the pool which is open to non residents. They are quite strong! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

What can I say about this beautiful villa.It’s an amazing villa in a beautiful setting. Right on the beach with beautiful views. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There are bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the villa.Our host Mary couldn’t do enough for us and was always on hand if needed.We will definitely be staying here again soon.

This property was in an amazing location. Beach at the bottom of the garden. Gorgeous sunsets every night. We were in the pool so much, morning, noon and night. This place is so tranquil. Best holiday yet. Sonnys restaurant on your doorstep with best food in town. The Queens bay is an awesome swim spot kids went snorkling most days, plus Piddling distance from the gate at bottom of the garden. The "see you" beach bar 2mins away if that, live music, great food. Yum milkshakes and crepe station. Beautifully presented onto the beach. Total paradise. 24hour kiosk just before beach bar ( very handy). Deffo the relaxing holiday we needed. U dont need carhire but we got one to visit the waterfalls, the cat sanctuary, paphos harbour, the amazing aphrodite water park. And many more. Mary the owner was lovely and very helpful. Looking forward to coming next year. If she will have us again. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable, beautiful family holiday. Your villa was outstanding Mary. Love from the seifert family. Xx

Perfect!

We spent three weeks in this house and enjoyed every second of that period. The house has three large bedrooms, functional kitchen, and nice dining area/living room. The roof terrace was perfect for breakfast and evening drinks and the pool area was great throughout the day and evening. The view from the house is fantastic and the several places to go swimming within minutes of walking. Last, but also very important, Mary (the owner) was extremely helpful. She quickly sorted out minor thing with the house (thing do happens during a three-week period 😉). With mixed feelings (as I hate to see this fantastic house fully booked when we want to return next year😊) I can highly recommend this house!

Das Ferienhaus hatte eine tolle Lage, Strand ,Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr nah. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet und sehr schön. Das Einzige, was verbesserungsbedarf hĂ€tte sind die Matratzen der Betten. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Haus, super gepflegt, top Lage!

Unser 'erstes Mal' in Zypern war eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir wollten eigentlich nur gutes Wetter und bekamen viel mehr. FĂŒr eine Baustelle kann der Vermieter nichts - rechts nebenan gab es ĂŒber ca. drei Tage hinweg immer mal wieder zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten LĂ€rm. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir waren mit vier Teenagern vor Ort und hatten zwei kleine SchĂ€den, die Kaution wurde dennoch sofort ĂŒberwiesen. Man hört zu bestimmten Tageszeiten die Straße zwischen Coral Bay und Paphos, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Schöner gepflegter Pool und eine tolle Badebucht vor der Haus,-, bzw. GartentĂŒr! Wir haben schon Freunden dieses tolle Objekt empfohlen und wĂŒrden sofort selbst wiederkommen.

Stunning villa with beautiful garden

The villa is lovely, well furnished with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, a beautiful well equipped kitchen, a big TV that connects to netflix easily, and good wi-fi. Outside there are several seating areas, the gorgeous pool, which we used a lot every day and the beautiful garden with BBQ overlooking the beach. It is a very short walk to the beach which has a lifeguard and beach bar. The villa was everything we needed for a holiday with teenagers. Mary is the most helpful owner and put us in touch with a local travel company to arrange car hire and trips, which were wonderful. Mary also arranged our transfers to and from the airport by taxi which made it much easier for me (rather than having to pick up a car at the airport and navigate on the first evening!). The location is an easy drive to Paphos - we loved the aquapark which was clean and well-staffed. We found a vegan cafe (Meraki Market Cafe) along the way to Paphos on the main road as well as a restaurant Penguinos near the harbour that serves gluten-free food. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and the owner Mary, who made us feel wlecome and our stay hassle-free, many thanks.

Fantastic place if you want perfect views/ sunset. Very quiet peaceful location but close enough to Paphos/Coral bay for shopping etc and any nightlife if you want it. We hired a car but there’s a good bus service so I certainly wouldn’t say it was essential. Some good restaurants nearby. Villa pool was lovely also. Booked to come back next year already!

Perfect seaside location

Stayed in Cyprus in a few different villas but this one has been our favourite. Location over looking the sea every evening watching the sun go down. Villa was v clean, sheets cleaned half way through our 12 night stay. Home from home with everything we needed for a family of 5. Did hire a car and wouldn’t want to be without it, but there were some of our fav restaurants in walking distance. A villa not to be missed Mary the owner gave us all the info we needed before our arrival and when the tin opener broke she was back with one the very next morning ! Thank you can’t wait to return

Super Lage und ein sehr gepflegtes GrundstĂŒck

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und entsprach absolut unseren Vorstellungen. Alles sehr hochwertig und modern. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und GrĂŒndstĂŒck. Der Blick auf's Meer einfach traumhaft. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her.
