I booked a studio suite and was surprised at how spacious it was. There was nothing that I felt that I needed outside the room other than ice. Work station was excellent. There were room darkening shades on the windows. Area was open and bright.

Property was clean and staff responsive however was average and not worth the price paid. They need to invest in new sheets that properly fit the bed and update the bathrooms. We spent 2 nights and had issues with seating in the room ie room occupancy is 4 but there only seating for 1 person, no heat in room on a freezing day and a non working fridge. We felt like miserable guests having to call to have these things fixed/resolved. As indicated the staff were responsive so we got them resolved but the fact that we had these issues took away from our overall experience.

staff was friendly and competent. common areas were clean and welcoming. however the hotel needs some TLC. new or cleaned carpets, cleaner bathroom floors. Hotel looks dated and in need of update.

The first two nights there were no problems. The property and rooms look good, but there were hidden problems . On the last night all of the electrical outlets, as well as the over head lights blew in my room while I was packing. When I called the front desk the young woman (early 20’s) was getting very upset. She told me she was the only staff member there. She called the manager on call who never called her back. She called plant manager, who also never called her back. But she rose to the occasion. I discovered one outlet in the bathroom that was working and she rigged two lamps so I had some light to finish my packing. I did not sleep at all, concerned that what ever had caused the outlets to blow might be causing an electrical fire in the walls. This morning no one on the staff addressed the issue. I still had no power. When I brought the issue the nonchalant attitude of the reception staff and the morning manger was unbelievable. The manager basically said that they were full so they couldn’t offer me another room and because I paid through Expedia they couldn’t offer me a refund but would give me a free night on another stay. After this experience there is no way I would ever stay there again. I truly believe every guest there is at risk. There is no supervisory presence after 5 pm. There is no maintenance for the hotel after 5. The is no guest support after 5 pm. None of the supposed supervisors I spoke with took any responsibility for what happened.

Our room lost power in the middle of the night as well the tub would turn on and make loud noises repeatedly. Staff was informed of both problems and laughed and did nothing to help. When I asked for the manager they said there was none on duty and that he would get back to me about the problems with the room. No one attempted to contact me.

Staff was great, rooms super clean and plentiful breakfast buffet. My only gripe was that hottub was out of order but technical issues do happen.
