OCEANFRONT, 2nd fl. condo in the heart of Duck, NC is just minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants and public bike paths in this charming town. New flooring, appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedding compliment this vacation retreat! Amenities include a community pool, dune top deck, and community boardwalk to the beach. Comfortable and spacious living area for 5. Large 10X14 deck great for enjoying morning coffee relaxing. Tennis, pickle/basket ball and Playground for kids.

Welcome to our condo. My wife and I have been hosts for 7 years as we also host the unit above this one in unit 306. This unit is oceanfront and the building sits 100 feet from the beach. The views are amazing.

We are located 3/4 of a mile from some of the best restaurants, it's an easy 10-15 minute walk. The other end of duck is about 2 miles, so it makes for a great walk, there is also plenty of parking if you don't want to walk. Tons of shopping, a boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and fishing that you can walk to everyday. The town is easy to fall in love with. There are nice bike paths and walking paths through the town of Duck.

This condo has been updated over the last 3 years. It's 684 sq ft. It has an oceanfront deck view that is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. There will be times that you will see dolphins from your deck. The living room has a smart TV and is comfortable for 5 people. There is a queen size pullout couch. The kitchen is fully stocked and updated. The master has a kingsized bed and a full master bath.

You could not ask for a better location with spectacular views. Watch the dolphins from the kitchen, living room or enlarged deck. Great space for a quiet relaxing vacation.

You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and any other linens you may need.... or order them through Atlantic rentals or Moneys Worth Beach Rentals. I understand this is unlike most other spaces but, this is the norm in the outer banks. Most people choose to bring their own linens.You could not ask for a better location with spectacular views. Watch the dolphins from the kitchen, living room or enlarged deck. Great space for a quiet relaxing vacation.

You have access to the entire condo. The day before your arrival I will send you the code for the door and the combination to the supply closet.

Our favorite restaurants:
• Duck Deli – Closest food option located in the town of Duck on the east side of Duck Road. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Very walkable, no reservations are needed, carry out is a great option. Nice lunch spot. BBQ chicken /pork. Very beachy and casual.
• Coastal Cravings – Another one of our go-to’s. Located in the town of Duck on the east side of Duck Road. Outstanding Crab Cakes and Prime Rib. Can get a little pricey on some of their entrée’s. Nice wine selections. They usually have music on the weekends (can get a bit loud inside) Nice patio for outdoor eating. Also a nice local bar to enjoy. Good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very beachy and casual.
• Aqua – About a mile and half from condo on the west side of Duck Road. Great outside seating for amazing sunsets. Little more up scale from Duck Deli and Cravings but casual. Food is usually very good and pricier. Lots of fish and good wine selection. In season you need reservation. Nice small bar.
• Blue Point – Outstanding food and a high price. Probably one of the nicest restaurants in the outer banks. Located .7 miles on the west side of Duck Road…. Its on the sound. Nice bar with very nice wine selection You need a reservation in season. A little upscale for the beach. Nice place for lunch. Sunsets galore.
• Fishbones – The kids love this place. Lot of fried foods but tasty. Reasonably priced… located on the east side of duck Road about 1 .2 miles from condo.
• Black Pelican - Another family favorite. Our kids love this place. Very good food at a reasonable price. Local fish daily. About 7.5 miles from condo in Kitty Hawk on the beach road and its Oceanfront. Big Place, big bar and outside bar. Can walk across street to the ocean. Play trivia at bar. Desserts are over the top! Very good kids menu with pizza and chicken tenders. In season could be a long wait if after 530.
• Sunset Grill - Very close and walkable, located north about ¼ mile on Duck Road. Not our favorite for the food, they have kind of a Caribbean flare. (just not our preference). Great bar, outside sitting for lunch and dinner and great sunsets. They do Karaoke and have some music.
• Red Sky Café – Good Food at a reasonable price. Located inside on the east side of Duck Road about 2 miles from condo.
• Roadside Grill – Have never had any luck there… its been around forever, just not our preference.

These are the restaurants close by and we have visited plenty of times. There are many more restaurants in Corolla, Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills.

Groceries
We prefer Food Lion…. there are 2 of them to choose from both about 7 miles away. We prefer the one in Southern Shores on the east side of route 158. Turn right on 158 and go about a mile on your right. The other Food Lion is near Corolla on Duck Road. It’s a longer 7 miles and a much busier grocery store.

There is a Harris Teeters towards Corolla on Duck Road but very pricey. Probably 6 miles away.

• Please no smoking inside condo
• No pets
• Please enjoy our space

Parking spot is #206. It is down on left in front of the "A" building... turn left into the spot in front of the bushes.
