Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with an 8 foot wet deck and hot tub, Tiki bar seating 6, 2 outside showers, charcoal grill and deck access to all levels of the house. Inside you'll find a Recroom with pool table, TV/DVD, blue tooth speaker system and a wet bar with refrigerator, microwave and bar seating 7, cabana half bathroom (access to outside and game room) and a Master Bedroom with Queen, DuoBunk and private bathroom. ELEVATOR to all levels.

Mid Level: 3 King Master Bedrooms each with smart TV, deck access and private bathroom (one with walk-in shower), Master Bedroom with a Queen, Bunk Set, deck access and a private bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, deck access to screened porch and a game table seating 4, dining room seating 12 and kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, ice maker, gas range and counter seating for 8. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $395 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Beach Access: This home is on a street that is less than 1/2 mile long with the Currituck Sound at one end and the Atlantic Ocean at the other. This home is roughly 600 yards to the Atlantic Ocean and less than 200 yards to Route 12 and the Currituck Sound. You can walk to the beach OR since this home is on a private street you have the option to park your car at the end of the street making beach trips a breeze! (no overnight parking in the cul-de-sac)

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The pictures on the VRBO website does not do this property justice. The house was incredible. Spacious bedrooms, spacious living areas and a great, great kitchen!! Dining table for 10 and more seating around the island. The elevator is a godsend especially for my mom who struggles with stairs. Though the pool was not available for this time of year, I can just imagine it in the summer time. Within walking distance to the beaches on both ends of the street. I would definitely recommend this property. You will not regret it.

The property was so spacious and the views from the top deck were great. There were so many hang out options and everything was very nice. If I'm back in Avon, I would definitely stay here again.

The house and property were lovely! Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could need. We have stayed at a few houses in the OBX and this was our first time staying in Duck. The house was in the perfect location. The view of the sound was amazing and the beach was a short walk/drive away. We brought our golf cart which helped transport people to and from the beach.The property mgmt company was so responsive in all communications. Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Loved it!

Place fit our two families perfectly and that was made up eleven of us! The place was clean and in a great location. The path to beach is basically across the street and the view from the top deck was incredible. My only complaint is the deck needs to be redone by the pool.

Comfortable and easy access to the beach

We had a great time with our family at Latitude Adjustment. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable, has great views of the ocean and sunrises, and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tub are great and well maintained. The owner was very accomodating due to an unforeseen event. The property management team of Shore Details were very kind and informative during our stay.

Wonderful Stay!

The location was perfect and the house was lovely. The weather wasn't great (we were there the week between Christmas and New Years), but it was exactly what we expected. We enjoyed walking on the beach, hiking some of the local trails, and walking in the sound-side community on the other side of the main road. It was larger than we needed - five bedrooms for me, my husband, and our dog, but that felt quite grand. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated!

Family Vacation

The location of this house is great. Almost directly across the street from the beach access, which is then not far from the beach. The house was clean and very well-kept and we had more than enough room for our two adults, three kids and dog. The maintenance staff was very attentive to the one minor request we had. The pool and hot tub are great features as well. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Our family had a great stay! We would consider staying here again. It was comfortable for the 7 of us. The pool and hot tub were clean and were a fun option if not on the beach. We were impressed that that staff came mid week to tend to both. The beach was very close with convenient access. Only negative from family members staying on second floor is that the mattresses were not comfortable. But that did not stop us from having a great time

We had a spotless property with beds already made. Only issue was blender broke, and the Shore manager materialized with a brand new one within an hour and saved Taco Tuesday. :)

Exactly what I needed.

This was a little off season escape for me after a tough month at work. It was a great house. Easy walk to the beach. Near everything. Could use a little maintenance: old hot tub cover, master bath faucet leaking but otherwise was a great stay. I go again.

We absolutely loved spending the week here! The house was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms for our group. The beach is literally across the street so it was nice not having to walk far with three toddlers. The pool was perfect for our kids too. It's small but we didn't have to worry about them being too far from us while they were swimming! We would definitely come back to this house!

It was great. My son saw a shark from the porch, huge fish of some kind with a fin above water line. The temps of the pool and the ocean were just right and the house overall very comfortable. My grandson 2+ had a really great time in the ocean and pool. Grandmother played with him for the whole time.

Absolutely Perfect

What a gorgeous property!! The house was unbelievable. 6 huge master bedrooms, comfortable beds and bedding. Large bathrooms with plenty of towels. The kitchen was WELL stocked, everything we needed to cook and serve a huge group. 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 trash cans … so cool! The elevator was a great addition to the house and made traveling between the 3 floors easy for everyone. And the kids loved it too :) The outdoor area was relaxing, super clean pool and hot tub. All this just steps from the beach but close driving to in-town amenities. And absolute must stay house in OBX!

Less than 30 minute drive to Hatteras Ferry and 1 hour to S. Nags Head.

Decks in front and rear give great views! Short walk to public beach access. Charcoal grill only. Shops, Grocery store and restaurants within 1 mile. You can hear the ocean waves and lots of road noise from NC12 which is about 20 yards away. Home has all the amenities you will need. We did not care for the cockroaches found dead in the house and alive in the kitchen. Overall good property.

Latitude adjustment

Overall, great property to stay during out of season. Plenty of room and parking. Easy walk to Town of Duck. Can see sound side from house and can walk to beach 300 yards down street. Minimal supplies so bring extra things like salt and pepper, toilet paper, hand soaps. This property is managed by a local company. So if you book through VRBO, you’ll pay an extra booking fee like I did. Dumb mistake. May want to go straight to property management site directly. I paid more in fees than rental for 4 days.

Great location

The location was excellent ocean views were very good and the walk to the public beach access was literally across the street. The beach was not crowed and was very peaceful. The only draw back was that the house was not very clean. There was food under one bed with ants on it and dust in all the rooms. The bath room in the master bedroom had mold around the jets on the tub. The patio screen door fell off and some railings were rotted. The stovetop was greasy and not clean. If there was a deep cleaning we would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at Lattitude Adjustment! It was the perfect location, the pool was amazing and the hot tub was great for evenings after the pool or beach. The home was great for our family, even our little beagle loved it!! The views from the main deck were stunning in the morning at sunrise, and you could even hear the waves from the ocean the home was that close to the beach. The only negative, which wasn't that bad, was there was no OnDemand options on the tv-which most homes have, so if we would've gotten a few days of rain, it would've been a little tricky after we ran out of things to do :) . But, as I said, we had PERFECT weather the entire trip and we were hardly inside other than to get ready for dinner or for my son to take quick breaks from the sun :) . It was a memorable vacation, relaxing , and great to spend so much time all together in a beautiful beach home in the OBX - We already booked for next year!!!!
