Captain's Cove - Watch the ocean waves from your front porch!

Located directly across the street from the beach at MP 2.5, this wonderful beach cottage offers unobstructed ocean views from the front screened porch. Enjoy your favorite book or beverage while taking in the sites and breezes or stroll to the beach for a day of fun in the sun. Just blocks from great restaurants and shopping. Captains Cove has been fully refreshed inside and out with fresh paint and decor including all new furniture, new smart TVs in all bedrooms with Roku streaming, upgraded Hi-Speed Internet, and updated outdoor shower. Come enjoy the coastal charm of our classic OBX cottage with all of the modern amenities you'll need on vacation.

Level 1:
Plenty of off-street paved covered parking under the home and in the driveway. There is an updated enclosed outdoor shower with oversized deck to wash-off after a day at the beach. There is also plenty of shaded space under the home to hang out and cool off. Allow Captains Cove to do the heavy lifting with the included cargo lift to easily bring all of your belongings up to the main level.

Level 2:
3 bedrooms and 3 full baths (1 with King with Smart TV and private full bath with tub/shower; 1 with Queen with Smart TV, private full bath with low threshold shower with bench & bar, and laundry closet; 1 with Twins, Smart TV); full hall bath (with tub and shower). Main open floor plan living area with flat screen TV with Roku Streaming, board games and DVDs, dining area, breakfast bar, kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig. Large screened porch in the front of the home with swing, small dining table and chairs and of course beautiful Atlantic Ocean views. Wrap-around outdoor sun deck with seating.

Great house in a great location

We have been coming to Outer Banks last 8 years. The last 2 years staying in Kitty Hawk. This is by far the best house we have stayed in. Everything well maintained. The kitchen was nicely equipped with the things you might need. Some places it is just a hodge podge of drawer fillers. This one was nicely organized and everything in good to new condition. The AC worked great. The screen porch was lovely. The lift is a game changer. It was just the two of us and it was so handy to send up all the luggage and things we brought with us. Photos are right on, everything as described. Less than a block to beach access. You can sit on the screen in porch and see/hear the ocean. Living room furniture was solid, good cushions. The games are new, in good shape. Kitchen table was also very nice. The only thing that might be a challenge are the mattresses. The queen mattresses are probably ready for an upgrade. We already put in a request for next year. We loved this house!!
