I informed front desk that the handle on our sink to turn on/off the water came off and the base of the faucet moves around. We were there two nights and it never got fixed. Not a lot of hot water and low water pressure. Very noisy. When we walked in the room and earplugs was offered was the first sign we wouldn’t sleep Disappointed in Aloft. Won’t be back.

Rooms were very clean and decorated nicely, the staff were really nice and there’s a bar downstairs along along with games in a lounge area. All in all I’d recommend.

Disappointed

We were given a room on the interstate side and it was very noisy. We went down for breakfast and there was a sign that breakfast was a private event. Very disappointed over all.
