BEAUTIFUL updated Knoxville house close to downtown & the aiport

This single level brick home is open, full of light, clean, and beautiful with new kitchen appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and a dresser. The second bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, as well as a queen sized premium air mattress if needed. The master bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, and a dresser. All of the beds have new mattresses. There are seating areas on the front porch and the back patio and a large backyard. A pack n play is available upon request.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just miles from downtown and 3.3 miles to the University of Tennessee. It's a great retreat for personal and corporate stays in Knoxville. Come and enjoy scenic routes to the mountains and explore the beauty of Knoxville!

Lovely updated house

Great location and a very nicely renovated home in a quiet neighborhood that had great access to downtown Knoxville. Rental was large, clean, had many amenities and was well decorated and updated.

Volleyball Tournament

We came to Knoxville for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and Julie’s place was perfect! It was clean and close to the venue and the perfect place to hang out in between games. The neighborhood was quiet and amenities were better than a hotel because we could cook healthy meals for our athlete and store snacks for the spectators!

Perfect place for our ladies getaway

Quiet, clean and neat UT campus!

UT Move-In
