The hotel was not in good shape ,room was moldy and dirty,toilet seat wobbled ,I had to fix the toilet tank water reservoir , dirty on the bottom of toilet with old urine,was very confusing for parking and I was over charged for parking an extra day ,elevator wasn’t working (only one was working ) which created a long wait to get to your room, no breakfast included in the stay, over all I was very disappointed with the stay the only positive thing about this experience was the staff they tried their best ..
We kept sneezing and realized why .

Not a pleasant stay at all , room was run down , toilet seat was wobbly, stain on the bottom of toilet, mold all over including the fan , which made us sneeze a lot , parking was not easy and they had no free breakfast, over all I wouldn’t stay here again

This place was horrible ! Smelled like animals in the room ,shower bathroom was dirty hair in the corners 😡the ice machine is on every other floor along with the microwave! I would never stay here again !! Oooh and the air conditioning did not work !!!

When we got there on Friday they decided to do a software update that totally crashed the system which may check in extremely annoying and long seems like anybody with any sense would've done a software update earlier in the day and not on a weekend. But since when did corporation so much sense

The parking situation was confusing with what we were told by hotel staff and what was posted in the parking garage. Other than that, the property was good but average compared to other hotels in this price range. Good but nothing special. The staff at check in were very nice and explained the parking situation after a few questions.

Visiting UT so it was close to campus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was the tub shower vs a regular walk in. I didn't ask to change rooms but I bet they would have accomdated me if I had asked.

rooms are showing wear and tear. very dark and not much lighting. the room was clean and the staff was fantastic. valet staff super on top of it too. Starbucks in the hotel lobby is a huge plus.
