Perfect Downtown Getaway

We can’t wait to stay here again! The big, beautiful windows overlooking Gay St were so fun to sit by and watch the busy streets. The decor, open floor plan, and comfy beds made us want to stay forever! Definitely booking again!

Very nice place

We were fortunate to book this property at the last minute because we were snowed in due to the winter storm. The city was basically shut down and we were able to hang out and cook in this very cozy property! Luckily Emma was fantastic and allowed us to check-in early! UT Homecoming Weekend

The property location and design were great. Access to everything in downtown Knoxville and easy to get to UT campus. Communication with Emma was great and she was able to quickly handle the check in process for us. There was more than enough space to accommodate us and we really enjoyed the roof deck when the weather warmed up.
