A good value for money far from the beach

Very old and minimum care for the room. It is a spacious room, not close to the beach. They have a free shuttle to a resort that's on the beach. The stuff is friendly and nice. We stayed for 4 nights and the did cleaning od the room only once, by request, but only inside the room, not in the bathroom.

Sehr zufrieden gewesen. Sehr nettes Hotel das zusätzlich noch ein weiteres Hotel am Strand hat wo man jederzeit zum Pool und Strand gefahren wird ( alles im Preis inbegriffen ) Hat uns mega gut gefallen

Hotel not so close to the nicest beaches.....

I booked this hotel thinking that it was a lot closer to the beach. As it turned out, they do have a facility right on the beach but way more expensive than where we stayed...... I tried booking with them directly an extra night stay at the property on the beach but the cheapest bungalow was more than twice as expensive so we ended up going somewhere else..... They should definitely bring down the prices for the bungalows on the beach if they want to have my business again in the future!!!!

Bra hotell

Hotellet va rent o fint och trevlig personal! Är en bit från klong Nin Beach men går man tar de 10-15 min men hyr moppe så kan ni tar er vart som lätt och billigt! Moppe finns o hyra på hotellet! Vi är nöjda med detta hotell som var till bra pris med:)

Snäll och vänlig personal, bra städning. Ingen som pratade speciellt bra engelska så kommunikationen blev lite svår. Bad om att få ett varsitt täcke men de hade de inte, liteunderligt för att vara ett hotell. Men väldigt bra för de billiga priset!!

网站虚假宣传，欺骗顾客

说实话酒店的室内设施和三个大露台还是很不错的，还有晾衣架。但是我对这好订网非常不满，太不像话，虚假宣传。因为我定酒店的就是筛选条件时设定的就是klongning海滩和有泳池，网站推荐的就是这个酒店，而且预定时网上的宣传图片都是有泳池和沙滩的lanta nice beach resort，酒店发的订单上只有中文酒店名称，没有英文名称。等我们到了酒店之后，酒店说我们不是那个酒店，而是lanta nice beach house.，而且翻看预定记录，网上的链接也变了，不再是我原来预定的lanta nice beach resort的链接，没有海滩和泳池了，酒店也不在孔宁沙滩了，而是在klong kob了，要走很远才有沙滩，还是全是礁石的沙滩。带着老人和孩子虽然极度委屈也还是得住啊！虽然酒店第二天免费送我们去lanta nice beach resort玩了，但对这个网站极其不满

半夜遭遇入室抢劫。真是噩梦得罪一晚！！！！

如果可以给0分。毫不犹豫给0分。什么干净舒适。硬件软件不想说了。我和我先生在这家酒店一共预定了三晚。第二晚遭遇了入室抢劫(2016.1.1)。元旦的第一天半夜3点钟两个本地人企图破门而入。我和老公和对方僵持了1.5小时。我到阳台大声呼救。整个酒店的人都亮了灯。酒店没有一个人上楼阻止两个歹徒。也没有1个酒店工作人员帮我们报警。我们复活了噩梦的一晚。直到第二天早上10点才在我们的强烈要求下报警。这家酒店就是一垃圾酒店，没有任何安保。请千万不要来这里入住。报警后我们当天就退房了。至今还有一晚住宿费用没有产生也不肯退给我们！至今连一句道歉安抚的话都没没有！！！！！！

Clean and tidy

Don't be fooled by the name, this place is pretty far from the beach. Apart from that it was nice to stay there, the place is clean and the family who owns it is super nice.

Fantastiskt mysigt och bra hotell. Kändes helt nyrenoverat. Badrummen var bland de fräschaste vi sett genom alla de hotell vi var på under vår thailandsresa (och det var ca. 7-8 hotell). trevlig personal, bra service. Dem erbjöd gratis lån av cyklar, även gratis körning ner till stranden då den låg ca. 1-1,5 km bort (ändå inom gångavstånd) vi fick även tillgång till Lanta Nice Beach Resort med restaurang och pool under tiden vi bodde på Lanta Nice Beach House. Mycket bra.

Need improvements, helpful staff

Very friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. As the house had just opened it was very clean and new, but the management were still getting to grips with the running of the place. There was an incident when two local drunken guys turned up at night and scared a woman, after that the hotel made sure there was security 24-7 That evening the family invited is to share a meal with them, very hospitable! It is on a road, so it's a little noisy, not quite in the centre but a scooter drive to the beach and shops. Relativly good value for money. They give you free rides by motorbike or tuk tuk to the beach. It's a good stop off place for a couple of nights.
