Het verblijf bleek al een lange tijd gesloten te zijn stonden dus voor een dichte deur.
Heel erg slordig van hotels. Com om dat niet te melden via hun app of de mail of alleen even te bellen
Nu moesten we een veel duurder verblijf boeken wandt er was een hoop volgeboekt .
Stres waar ik niet op zat te wachten .
Kan hotels.com alleen bellen en daar dat kost me te veel geld zijn niet te berijken via mail

The hotel closed down 2 months ago. No one told us this. Arrived there and no one could help us. On the phone to hotels.com for 8 hours. Had to book another hotel in the meantime. Absolutely disgusting!
Pessima esperienza!! Eravamo in 4 persone e appena arrivati in struttura avevamo capito che il personale non era a conoscenza del nostro arrivo...
Nell'attesa di circa 20 min avevamo l'impressione che nel resort non ci fosse nessuno, le casette erano tutte chiuse e non abbiamo visto nessun turista!
Dopo varie chiamate che fa il ragazzo, ci dicono che ci sono le nostre stanze e ci chiedono tutti i soldi in anticipo, noi chiediamo di vederle prima di pagare.. Entriamo nelle stanze ed erano piene di formiche, le lenzuola sporche.. si vedeva che non erano ben tenute. Dopo varie discussioni il ragazzo ci dice che la struttura Ăš chiusa da mesi e che nessuno ha piĂč soggiornato chiedendoci scusa. Purtroppo Ăš la prima volta che uso hotels.com e la mia esperienza Ăš stata pessima.. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un'altra struttura in loco e con la fretta di non trovare piĂč nulla.
In teoria pensavo che che qualcuno controllasse queste strutture prima di accettare le loro inserzioni.
