The room was at the smaller end (3 adults), the pool area nice and location at the beach. However, the check-in process was way from effective, also all contracts with the reception. Always a queue and hassle with beach towels and towels (maybe du to delivery from Phuket??). We left the resort two days earlier than expected and we felt the KonYao island offered limited variability and service compared to other islands and Phuket. Would recommend max 4 days stay.

Välkomnande och trevlig personal. Rena och fina rum med AC som fungerade bra, . Barnen älskade polen och stranden var fin och ren. Läget var väldigt trevligt precis vid vattnet. Trevliga små butiker och 3-4 restauranger i närheten som hade bättre mat och mer prisvärda än hotellets. Vid full beläggning så finns några saker att tänka på då antalet personal och faciliteter blir något underdimensionerade - ät frukost innan klockan 9 (eller var beredda på att vänta något på bord, kö till kaffet), var beredd på att städning kan dröja till eftermiddagen. Vill ni förmedla något lite mer komplext använd översättningsapp då personalen inte är jättebra på engelska och inte nödvändigtvis säger till att de inte förstår, av artighet. Gå ner lite tidigare om ni vill ha solstolar vid polen eller vid stranden. Missar ni det finns det gott om beanbagstolar mellan strand och pool. Skulle helt klart bo här igen.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal fina rum dessutom fick vi uppgradera till ett pool side rum till ett bra pris rent och fint pool och strandområde. Wifi var 60% OTROLIGT fin frukost. Restaurangen var inte fullt lika bra inte prisvärd personalen ganska loja. De negativa recensioner som vi läst håller definitivt inte med om

Inget bra bemötande i receptionen, ville vi veta ngt så fick vi fråga om tex frukosttider och var den serverades. Varmvattnet försvann nästan varje kväll och avloppet i duschen var rann väldigt trögt! Golvet i rummet var jätte smutsigt torkades inte av en enda gång och frukosten var dålig!
