Great view! They allocated high floor for me as I requested which was great! Check in was really fast and easy. Staff extremely courteous. Room was a little small though but I guess this is typical of Japan hotels.

Enjoyed a good night stay… bed was comfortable and room size is just right for a couple to stay. Location is the plus point, right at the heart of Sonnomiya station so super convenient to go anywhere via train. Will definitely consider this hotel if we come to Kobe again.

The room is very clean and even had a in room massage chair. Additional amenities were provided downstairs, the tea selection was huge and nice especially the honey tea. There is also freebies upon check in that one can select from, the foot patch is useful after all the walking.
