Country cabin in the Smokies. One level Ranch style! Located not far from exit 407. Only 10-15 minutes from Sevierville Event Center and Soaky Mountain Water Park.

Property is one level. Fully fenced in area for pets( not the full house)

Pets allowed. $89 per pet. Pet fee not charged during booking will be requested after booking

Parking is flat. Will fit up to 4 cars.

You’re booking a country stay. Our home is fully renovated and well-maintained — we take great pride in our space. That said, we’re nestled in a genuine rural community, and our neighbors are part of that countryside landscape. If you’re looking for a resort-style setting, this may not be the right fit. But if you love authentic country charm with a comfortable, updated home base, you’ll love it here!

Great space! The kids enjoyed the games and playing ball in the yard. Hot tub was an added perk. Ample bed and bathroom space. We will definitely be back again when in the area!

The inside was nice. However, directly across the driveway was an eye sore. Driving into the property felt like driving into a junkyard with an abandoned run down camper and car meeting you at the end of the driveway. There was a lot of trash and run down buildings right outside of the property. I personally wouldn’t have stayed here had I known what it looked like. Also, if you plan to use the hot tub make sure to bring bug spray. The screen netting around the enclosure was ripped and it was flooded with mosquitos.

Booking, check in and communication were excellent. Outside: disappointed that grass was high and driveway was really bad as communicated by owner. If you’re going for a view there is nothing to see here. There’s a junk car and camper at the end of the driveway but I suspect it belongs to the other property. A little grading would improve the fire pit area and there isn’t much seating. Inside: Very clean and well decorated. Could use nicer furniture and more seating in the living room. Kitchen great. Had everything we needed. Only complaint about the bathrooms was a lack of bath mats as the floors are tile and very slippery. Mattresses very hard. I have Fibromyalgia and had a very hard time sleeping. I would suggest owners ask guests beforehand and provide mattress tops if needed. Overall it was a good stay. Unfortunately I came down with Covid symptoms second morning and spent two days in bed.

This was a nice little spot away from all the hustle of the main strips in the city. On the busiest day it took a little over a hour to get to Gatlinburg. There is a fenced in area that our dogs could use. I do wish it was easier to lock from the inside so I could play with our dogs and there was a small hole in the fence which was able to be blocked with a large rock I found so my little dogs couldn't get out the yard. Tam warned us the driveway was bumpy. It took us by surprise at first but after that it was expected and we knew the areas to avoid. The cabin was great. Couches we clean and covered. All the bedrooms had great comfy beds and TVs. Tam was quick to respond. I love that. The hot tub was clean and amazing after a long day of being a tourist. Definitely would recommend. We had a 5 star stay. Oh and its like 10 minutes from a huge flea market.

We had a wonderful stay! Please note that the fenced in back yard is not connected to the house. You will need to leash your dog to get to the fenced in area. Aside from that small inconvenience, we loved the house and the hot tub was amazing!

For us it was perfect! A little small in the living room but sufficient and I liked it being one floor. Everything was clean and the boys really enjoyed the games. Kitchen had a nice coffee maker and blender, fridge had the crushed ice, beds were not bad and the hot tub worked great
though it took a minute to figure out the settings. Kitchen needs a couple bigger salad/food bowls but we were able to cook 2 big meals with everything provided. Also they provided more supplies than most cabins so that was helpful. The artwork was really nice and you could tell a lot of effort has been put into a remodel. Fenced in yard for the dog was great and my grandson found the big tree was perfect for climbing lol! Manager was friendly and responsive, we had a great time!! It’s 30 minutes to the smokies stadium in Knoxville and Buc-ee’s is right down the rode. Also close to Food city and Knife Works. You would need a 4-wheel drive in the winter if the weather was bad to get up the driveway. The firepit is kinda on a slope in the backyard but it was fine, we seen a couple deer there in the yard a couple times.

We really enjoyed our stay - the beds were really comfortable & the location was central what we wanted to do without having to sit in traffic. The driveway mentioned in a few reviews was not a big deal at all, I would just be concerned if there was snow or ice in the ground - but you are in the mountains.

Honest and constructive feedback

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. The arcade games were nostalgic and fun for all ages, the hot tub was nice, and the floorplan suited family time more than solitary activities. The location was convenient to nearby parks, attractions, and shopping, while being secluded enough to be peaceful and allow for stargazing. A few things we had issues with were a matter of safety. The driveway is quite steep and in pretty rough condition. This was communicated by the host in the arrival instructions, but would be concerning for someone with a less adequate vehicle. The outdoor furniture (specifically the Adirondack chairs) are practically falling apart, which was very concerning given the slope around the fire pit area. One of our party whacked his head pretty significantly on the rafter above the step for the hot tub (would recommend calling attention with paint or a sign).
