It was an overall decent stay. For the price we were relatively pleased. This was our second stay, and the first time was 5 years ago and the fire alarms went off and we had to sit outside until around 2am before we were cleared to go back in. When we got back to our room, the ceiling had a huge bubble of water hanging down. We didnt fault the hotel for this because it wasnt in their control. This time the hotel looked to have had some water damage at some point, so im not sure what happened. My only complaints were that it had black mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom above the door and caused some allergy issues, as well as a few little cleaning issues. The mattress wasnt moved all the way up to the headboard, and there was an old piece of food laying on the box spring. There was also spots on the wall next to the couch that had a sticky substance that looked like a pop that had exploded and dried and hadnt been cleaned off. But overall it was a good stay. We liked that it wasn't in the super busy part of town and was more laid back.The staff were very nice and helpful. The pools were great. Would probably stay again.

Good location. In the midst of a busy area, if you choose a room with a balcony you look out at trees as if you are in wooded area. Included hot buffet breakfast. Clean. Nice bed linens and comfy bed.

The room was nice & clean. Bed was comfortable. Would’ve received 5 stars if it wasn’t because the walls are super thin. I could hear every guest in the hallways, the cleaners in the mornings & even the toilet flushing in the room over. Slept with the tv on at night to mask some of the noise but there’s no way to adjust the TVs brightness so had to put towels over so the room wouldn’t be so bright.

You can tell this property was built quickly. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The fridge was barely cool. The staff was nice. The breakfast was typical for a continental breakfast. Nothing to write home about. A ho hum stay.

Breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast! Good location, close to Soaky Mountain which is what we were looking for. The hotel itself was clean. The room was pretty clean. We noticed a few things like the floor could’ve been vacuumed a little better and the sheets had some stains but other than that it was a very good stay!
