We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The breakfast provided was delicious and we got to enjoy the bikes for hire to go to the Mt Fuji cable cars. All the staff was incredibly attentive and the view from our room was just stunning - I will always remember our stay

The best part of the hotel is to wake up in the morning and look out your window to view Mt. Fuji. The hotel is dated, but has been tastefully updated over the years.

Amazing, must stay venue

Simply amazing! We booked the Fuji View room and it didn't disappoint. Rooms are very comfortable and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet was also a good experience with such a wide choice.

Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Would have preferred a conventional bed as opposed to a futon on the floor. Overall a very nice experience. Awesome view of Mt Fuji.

This hotel back in the day would have been THE place to come. The actual hotel is looking a little tired and crying for a refurb. However the views are to die to for. The front of house and waiters are excellent and can’t do enough for you. Housekeeping on the other hand not so much, we stayed 2 nights and all they did was replace towels and bottles of water, left our dirty glasses so we had to rinse out. I don’t need clean towels every day, and when possible reuse. But I would expect my bed to be made up. I know their world problems, but it wasn’t cheap and I would expect a made up room. Breakfast OK due to it not being warm, sausages bacon, potatoes all cold. Would I stay here again 100% just for the view

Clean, spacious room with amazing view of Mt Fuji from a balcony. It’s giving 70s but I don’t mind it. You can walk around the property and enjoy nearby beautiful surroundings. Staffs are helpful and friendly

Pretty awesome

Splendid setting with mind blowing views onto Mount Fuji, backside with lake view and lush greenery. Dinner on site excellent, breakfast buffet very good. The person that was very friendly and helpful. Sufficient basic English language skills. Excellent ohnsen. Shuttle bus every hour to downtown. We will go back there in a heartbeat..

Truly amazing view

The view of Fuji-San from my balcony room was amazing! The gardens were in full Sakura bloom and absolutely gorgeous. The free shuttle to and from the train station was very convenient.

This is a perfect hotel to see Mount Fuji, the views are spectacular. The employees were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was free too. I wished I had stayed more than one night. 2 days to visit the area is not enough. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious with so many Japanese and regular dishes.
