very friendly staff who did everything they could to give comfort. The checkin was available at 9 am in the morning, which was great. Thumb - the front office staff was exceptional. The only issue was options in veg breakfast - only bread, fruits and green veggies were available. Given a number of indian tourists, some indian veg breakfast options would have been ideal. But the hotel otherwise was awesome.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui. The resort is stunning, with beautiful grounds and excellent amenities; perfect for relaxing (exactly what we wanted to do). While it’s in a quieter spot, it’s just a short drive to Chaweng, Cheongmon, or Bo Phut for more dining and activity options.

Amazing property with lots of amenities and large spacious rooms. We had an ocean view room with a nice view of the beach and pool. The highlight of this property is hands down the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything about your stay is to your liking. A special shoutout to Jane at reception and Kookai at Yangna restaurant for their excellent customer service. The one drawback of this property is the location and proximity to amenities/attractions. There are limited options for transportation and dining outside of the hotel facilities. If you prefer a secluded hotel away from the more lively areas of the island like Chaweng, Lamai or Fisherman’s Village, then this would be a good choice. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here and will do so on my next trip to Koh Samui.
