I stayed in the superior villa. It was a very big. If you want to cook you can. Who wants to when you are on holidays. The only 2 things I would complain about was the air conditioner is in the bedroom and you only have a pedestal fan in the living space,it gets very hot in there. I left the aircon on with the fan and it cooled it down a bit. There isn’t a pool. The owner said that they are looking into it. I hope so. Otherwise I would happily stay here again.

All worked well. The hotel is 3 min from the beach(not a great beach) and in the middle of the Main Street of Lamai. Room clean, bed a bit hard, good pillows. The only bad thing is: no tv and weak wifi(suggest to buy a cheap SIM card at the airport!!) Rest was great. Side note, wasn’t too crazy about the island itself. Suggest Koh Tao or Koh Pha-ngan.

Central Location

The basic room is in an old building with outdated rooms and not in the villa area as pictured. The hotel is centrally located in the walking street in Lamai.

Nice little Villa perfectly located

We were pleased that the place was exactly as described. The layout was good for 2 people who want to do some cooking. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking of simple meals for 2 (working space for 1). We made most of our breakfasts. The bathroom is large and all worked well. Our unit had the bedroom right off the patio with large glass sliding doors. Many of the units offer kitchen or sitting area entry which would be our preference. It featured a comfortable King bed. Linens were clean but worn. Open to the sitting TV area. The re is a couch that is comfortable enough. The TV is difficult to watch from the bed and could easily have been rectified by mounting it in a corner rather than on to wall. The location could not have been better near town centre, a 5 minute walk to the beach, the night plaza about 100 meters from our front door (don't let this cause worry about sound because it was never an issue. We are early to bed and were notdisturbed at all. This is not at all like the Sunday night walking street which is about a 15 minute walk away. The staff were excellent with enough English that we were able to communicate our wants and needs. They were respectful and very pleaseant. The only issue that we had was a cupboard pull broke on the sliding door of the armoir. It was handled immediately.

Close to beach

Very clean, accommodating staff, excellent location. Close to the beach. Only one complaint, the wifi didn't work, ended up going to cafe across the street.
