The studio is an independent part of PAPAYA villa and can be rented alone or in addition to the main house. It has been fully refurnished can host up to 2 adults and 2 kids.

Ideally located in Bophut, Chaweng: 5min from the beach, Shopping mall Central festival, Fisherman village and Supermarket. 15min from the airport.

The studio, 50m2, have: 1 bedroom and 1 large bathrooms, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living room, 1 dining room.

* The bedrooms is designed as follow:
1 King size bed, 2 cupboard to hang your clothes and store your luggages.
* The sofa in the living room can be used as 2 single bed for kids:

The air conditioning is powerful but also very silent you will not hear it at night.

The bathroom have wash bassin, WC, shower with hot water, mirror, hair dryer, organic amenities: shower gel and shampoo.

+The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwaves oven, coffee machine, kettle and enough plates, glasses, cutlery for you to cook delicious meal.

++The Living room has 2 large sofa, TV 55’ with international TV channels available. WIFI 100Mb/s is available throughout the property.

The villa has a modern tropical design with selected and imported furniture and is composed of 50m2 inside living space + and a small terrace.

We will also organise for you some trip around the island, car rental, boat trip, water fall discovery, elephant trekking, just tell us what you want and we will help you to get it


we use organic shower gel, shampoo and conditioner that are 100% biodegradable and made in Samui.

1.Mould Throughout the ApartmentThe presence of mould caused serious health problems, particularly for my partner, who experienced breathing difficulties. This is a major health hazard that requires immediate attention.2.Leaks in the CeilingWater leaks were persistent and made living conditions very uncomfortable.3.Uncomfortable Living Room FurnitureThe living room couch felt more like outdoor seating and was not suitable for indoor use, significantly impacting comfort.4.Front Door MalfunctionThe front door wouldn’t open properly for several days, which was frustrating and posed a safety risk. While the locks were eventually replaced after contacting you, the initial delay was concerning.5.Missing MicrowaveWhile the kitchen is equipped with other appliances (e.g., dishwasher, cooker, fridge), the lack of a microwave was surprising and inconvenient.6.Gaps in Doors and WindowsGaps allowed mosquitoes and other insects to enter the apartment, further diminishing the quality of the stay.Overall, these issues made the property uncomfortable and unsafe at times. Despite raising these concerns, it felt like they weren’t taken seriously. I hope you consider addressing these problems for future tenants.
