Our recent stay at the ITC Royal Bengal was nothing short of exceptional. We booked a two-bedroom serviced residence, which turned out to be the ideal setup for our family of four. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Daily housekeeping was top-notch, and any request we made was met with prompt and courteous service. What truly elevated our experience was the culinary journey across ITC Royal Bengal and the adjoining ITC Sonar. The Grand Pavilion was a standout—offering an astonishing spread of over 200 dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s a dream come true for any food enthusiast. We also indulged in the refined flavors of Dum Pukht and Peshawri, and enjoyed the relaxed ambiance of the Tea Lounge. All of these are located within ITC Sonar, which is conveniently connected to Royal Bengal via an internal corridor. Another highlight was the guest lounge, open from 6 to 8 PM. It’s a cozy spot to unwind with complimentary drinks and a selection of finger foods—perfect for a pre-dinner hangout or a casual evening chat. Whether you're traveling with family or looking for a luxurious escape with world-class dining, ITC Royal Bengal and ITC Sonar deliver an experience that’s both indulgent and memorable.

I have stayed one night with my family. Everything was perfect. Just a quick note about check in process. Indian citizens, please carry your passport or Driver’s License. Non Indian citizens, show your passport with e visa or OCI card. I forgot to carry my minor daughter’s OCI card(passport was provided though). I had to bring it back traveling 3hrs back and forth in weeknights busy Kolkata traffic. Other than that.. pretty good experience. Nice breakfast spread.. good spa service. Professional, courteous stuff. Highly Recommended.

Property itself is great location for north and south Kolkata. Lots of dining options and uber is easily available. The breakfast was amazing with so many hot and cold options and lots of authentic food. The only negative was the in room services, I had booked an apartment and the time it takes from kitchen to room was on average 90 minutes from ordering. There should be ideally a quicker way to bring things to the apartments and maybe keeping more utensils like plates glasses and cutlery in the apartment rooms. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. The pool was lovely and great views. The skybar was great however they should be able to charge to room more efficiently as I waited till post 5pm the next day for any charges and the bill. Would be great if it could be on an app.
