A vacation rental condo located just a stone's throw from Poipu's best attractions, Pili Mai 12B is where your search for the perfect Poipu condo begins and ends. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, Pili Mai 12B can accommodate up to eight guests. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom offers a king-sized bed, personal flat screen tv, dual sinks, and a large walk-in tiled shower in the bathroom. There is a door from the bedroom providing access to the outdoor lanai. A secondary suite has a king-sized bed and its own en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with two side by side twin beds with a bathroom located right next to the bedroom. A pull-out queen sofa in the living room provides extra room for those who don't want to be left behind.

The focal point of this Poipu condo is the large gourmet kitchen with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, tiled backsplash, granite countertops, and kitchen island. This area of the vacation rental is abundant with areas for sitting and relaxing while snacking on pupus (Hawaiian word for appetizers) and enjoying a cold beverage.

This luxury condo was recently constructed next to the scenic Kiahuna Golf Course in Poipu. There is central air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire vacation rental and personal televisions in every bedroom and living room. A washer and dryer are located in the vacation rental for convenience.

Guests are able to enjoy the brand new clubhouse with a swimming pool and jacuzzi and poolside lounge areas furnished with a full kitchen and barbecues. The vacation rental is located only five minutes from Poipu's best shopping, dining, and beaches.

Multigenerational Stay

Excellent place for grandchildren families and grandparents. Everything accessible jogging trails stores and a gym at the complex. The key is the three separate bedrooms with their own bathroom. Supplies for the kitchen were abundant. Beach towels were abundant as well as chairs and toys.

Definitely would stay again, except for the Roosters!

This 3 bdr., 3 bath had an excellent setup for 3 couples with 3 very separate spaces for the bedrooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay. The first night we checked in and went to bed at 1 AM local time (But, 5:00 AM our time) and the rooster crowing 10 feet from our balcony was NOT at all welcome at 7 am. Once we got acclimatized and I wore my ear plugs, and we often got up at 7:30ish, it wasn't quite so bad. The house was well setup with supplies (dishwashers plugs, w/d detergent, toilet paper, some spices, etc). The TVs had LOTS of Great TV Channel options. We were there for 14 nights and the beds were very comfortable. It's roughly a 5 minute walk to the Poipu Shopping Village. and no more than 15 minutes walk to the Kiahuna Beach. Very short walk to Paco's Taco's for happy hour at the Golf Course right beside the resort. I would definitely like to encourage the island's government to at least make it legal to shoot the darn chickens -- very annoying!

Beautiful kauai condo

Traveled to Kauai with our daughter, son in law and their four children. Kitchen allowed us to enjoy breakfast and dinner at the condo. Beds were wonderful for sleeping after long days of exploring the entire island. Great location with several small shopping areas to shop. People who had visited the island said the south part of the island is where we should stay. I couldn’t agree more! I would highly recommend this condo for its location, accessible to highway 50, and comfort. Great to wake up and to see the ocean in the distance!

Absolutely Wonderful!

What a wonderful stay in Poipu! Very centrally located, everything was very clean, amenities were amazing. Our family of 5 and grandparents and aunt fit comfortably. Beautiful complex right by the golf course and minutes from all the beaches. Beach toys, towels, ice chest all provided. Morning breakfast on the lanai overlooking the ocean. Truly a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Great property and location

We stayed at this beautiful condo for one week in July 2023. The condo is huge and plenty of room for everyone to relax. Plenty to do in the complex (gym, pool, grill) and in the area (shopping, beach, restaurants). Clean unit that is well stocked. If you arrive in the dark you may struggle to find the unit but that was our only hiccup.

Perfect in every way. A minor difficulty was initially locating our condo unit in the darkness.

Home away from home

This property was so comfortable for our family of 4. I would say 8 people would be happily comfortable too! It had a beautiful ocean view from the living room and both en suite bedrooms. There a couple of family friendly beaches about 5 minutes away with decent parking. It was super clean and the hosts were so generous and thoughtful with ample shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, etc. The team that manages the property were quick to respond, kind, and so easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kauai.

As nice as it looks!

We were so impressed with this condo. It was as just as nice as it looks in the pictures. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the deck is so nice. The condo comes equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach (nice beach towels, chairs, large umbrella, cooler, etc.). We also appreciated that the washer and dryer are full size and that laundry detergent was provided. The host even included a fresh bag of coffee and some lovely specialty salts for the kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi for the complex were also clean and enjoyable. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to being able to stay here again in the future.

Worth Every Penny

We had to make a last minute adjustment and were so glad we found this place. It was exceptionally clean and well run! We could see the ocean from our balcony and were only a short (like 2 minute) drive away from a popular beach. Such a great place!

Great stay!

12B is a great condo for vacation! We had a two week stay with grandparents, parents and two kids under 5. The unit is furnished with all things needed: kitchen appliances, linen and beach wise (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, pool noodles, cooler etc). The complex is wonderful! Easy walk down to the shopping center with a general store, Starbucks (walk just a little farther to the local coffee shop Little Fish, worth it). Short drive to longs drugs (CVS) and up the road to Koloa big save market. Easy drive from Lihue where there is Costco, Safeway and target. The property management was very responsive (via text message!) to a couple of maintenance items. The air conditioning is currently not working, due to back ordered part with supply chain issues. There are room AC units and the bedrooms are comfortable (a bit loud). The main area AC unit kept tripping the breaker so we didn’t use it, which was fine kept the windows open and had a nice cross breeze. This in the summer months when it’s hotter might back this upstairs unit it very uncomfortable. Overall wonderful stay!

The listing didn't disclose there was no working central air conditioning and when we got there we found out that they had put room air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room. That was fine but we immediately blew a circuit breaker when they were turned on. We couldn't find the circuit panel to flip the breaker and we tried REPEATEDLY to get in contact with the propertery manager and couldn't. We tried every number in their directory and couldn't get a hold of anyone. There was an emergency number on a placard on the table and we tried calling it but no one answered. That call rolled to the emergency contact voicemail and we got a message that it wasn't setup so we couldn't even leave a message. A few hours later, my wife gets a text that tells us where the circuit panel was (but with no instructions as to which breaker is the problem) and we go and flip the breakers that were off to on. The next morning, we get a text telling us to flip the breakers off for the main AC. The neighbors kept parking in our driveway which was another headache as we had to end up parking some distance away a couple of times. Other than that, we had a great time! ;)

Beautiful new resort

This condo was beautifully decorated, clean spacious and had a view of the ocean. Loved that shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided, a few less things to pack. We were two couples, two elementary aged kids and the layout of rooms allowed for privacy and we each had our own bathrooms to use. We’ve stayed at this resort before and the pool/spa area was never busy and large enough and away from buildings that there isn’t a long list of HOA noise restrictions (beyond being reasonable of course). Only suggestion is that the unit offer some beach chairs, toys etc. Condo wasn’t advertised as having them but we’ve always been appreciative when they do.
