This open and spacious home was constructed in 2023 and can accommodate up to 8 guests and boasts modern amenities with upgrades reminiscent of a spa. In the main house, you'll discover 2 spacious primary bedrooms, each with spacious king-size beds, an extravagant en suite bathroom, and a private lanai. The main home also consists of a half-bath, high ceilings with gorgeous, exposed, wooden beams, gourmet kitchen, and plenty of room to stretch out in the expansive living room, all connected to a generous, covered lanai providing you with options of where to experience your serene retreat. You can also venture over to the separate ohana suite featuring an additional primary bedroom suite, kitchenette and pool access. Outside, in the pool area, you'll find the breathtaking swimming pool offering in-pool chaises and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Being in the picturesque Kukui'ula affords you the opportunity to relax with unforgettable, luxurious accommodations or the chance to venture out to explore all that the island of Kauai has to offer, from snorkeling and shopping to hiking and fine dining experiences. Please Note: Our home is located in an exclusive neighborhood that still has some development taking place on nearby lots. While the property itself remains fully private, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, you may notice some construction activity in the surrounding area during daytime hours. We want to be transparent so our guests know what to expect, and we truly appreciate your understanding as the neighborhood continues to grow
