This home is full of sunshine, with floor-to-ceiling windows and large glass doors that slide open to reveal a private lanai, an outdoor dining space, a pair of lounge chairs, and a manicured lawn surrounded by lush, tropical greenery. Use the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes each morning, or simply take a seat at the breakfast bar with a hot cup of coffee and a local newspaper. Grab a freshly laundered swimsuit from your private washer/dryer, stroll down the path to the neighboring ocean beach, and spend the rest of the afternoon swimming in the community's outdoor pool and barbecuing with loved ones around the shared gas grill.

The property was exactly as described. Clean, the kitchen well stocked with utensils and dishes, and a welcome gift too! It is a very short and enjoyable walk to poipu beach. You have to try the puka dog! The patio was very private and would have been used more if the patio furniture was in better shape.

Peaceful Paradise

We absolutely loved this place! We’ve stayed in ma homes/hotels on the island and this was our favorite! Clean, quiet, beautiful private yard, not too hot, great kitchen. Covered shaded parking, great location! Loved it!

First of all to be FAIR
this condo by owner is well appointed, great location, and kitchen fully stocked. Now for the MANAGEMENT side. Vacasa did a minus ONE star job and the owner should consider changing companies! No dishwasher, tiny refridge (big one not working
lost tons of food due to it only cooling to 50 degrees. Dishwasher would not start. So did dishes on my vacation!! YAY! The worst was: after nearly 15 outreaches to Vacasa
turned out the woman in charge of “that part of the island” went on VACATION and then there was NO ONE taking up her job! I was pissed!! Appliance and MANAGEMENT upgrade truly needed.

Can’t beat the location just minutes from beach. Large unit with all the amenities. Had a problem with the refrigerator but the brought in a spare as quickly as could be expected. Lovely lanai and a good breeze through the unit

The Perfect Condo

We loved the area - the location was just a couple blocks to beautiful Poipu Beach. The condo was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and all the amenities we could need were provided. We had a problem with the refrigerator which required us to change plans on our last day, since some food spoiled. It was a Friday and direct communication with the property manager(s) was lacking. I still would stay again in a heartbeat with hopes everything was in working order.

Fantastic. Clean comfortable convenient!!!

Unit was exceptionally well equipped as well as very clean. So convenient to the beach. Safe swimming and snorkelling. Very pleasant garden area off patio. Nice to have beach chairs, towels, etc. available for our use. Also super to have laundry facilities. Beautifully maintained pool with view of ocean. Very friendly maintenance crew. A very comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Beautiful views in Poipu

My husband and I stayed here for a short anniversary getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we needed for our stay: kitchen supplies, snorkel gear, boogie board. It was very clean and well stocked for us, the manager even left us a sweet card for our anniversary. The property is just a short walk to the pool and the beach. The grounds are beautifully maintained and lovey. Perfect location and house for our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

Recent Trip to Kauai

We were very comfortable in the unit and liked the pool area and location within Poipu. I was allergic to an odor emitted from a new piece of furniture. The property manager quickly brought an air purifier to reduce the problem. Property manager also sent out serviceman right away to fix internet connection issue. I would definitely stay again. Mahalo!
