One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. The condo is in a great location with beautiful views of the beach which is steps from the condo. The pool is right outside your door too. The condo is spacious, plenty of room for six adults. Kitchen might be considered overstocked for a vacation property, so you’ll have everything you could need
if you’re cooking. You’re within walking distance to some restaurants, food stands, hiking trails, other beaches. The turtles come up at night here too. Nice shopping areas nearby. The condo/grounds are well-maintained and property management is easy to work with. If I could afford to buy this condo, I would live in it permanently.

The condo was perfectly described in the add. It was great for our family of 6 with 2 young boys.The pool was 60 feet from our back door.Beaches nearby were some of the best on Kauai.

Perfect place

We loved the view- just steps away from watching the turtles in the surf and the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cooking tools, a blender and every thing you’d need to cook. We loved our time in this home away from home!

Amazing Condo

So many good things about this condo: location, location, location. Cocktails on the Lanai steps away from the ocean with unobstructed view to see seals sleeping on the surf while the sun sets. The condo is so close to the beach that it was easy to go back and forth for lunch or drinks. And if you want to cook any meals, the condo had everything you needed, including very clean and well maintained BBQ grills. Also available are beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and coolers. Although each room had an AC unit, we preferred to sleep with the windows open to hear the waves break. The property manager was also very informative of local events and quick to fix the WiFi when it went down. And parking was a breeze. Overall, such an amazing condo!

Best spot in Poipu!

We have stayed all over Poipu and this was our favorite spot we have ever had. Incredible location. The house was nice and perfect for our family and friends. We stayed over Easter and my two kids had the cutest egg hunt on the amazing front lawn. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed this property - near the beach, food, park, pool, sunsets, short drive from airport. Unit had EVERYTHING you need from cookware to bath to beach accessories. Parrish guest services very responsive via texting. Look forward to staying here again!

Not recommended

The property was run down. One of the toilets was filthy. The unit smelled of mold and my friend has allergies so was really affected. There were rodents. The manager tried to help by cleaning the toilet and setting mouse traps but was unable to move us to another unit.

Best place we have stayed in Poipu!

This is a fabulous location and property, it couldn't have been better for our three generation family trip. Just sitting on the lanai and looking at the ocean was perfect, but then you had the wonderful pool that was 30 steps away. Perfect access to the ocean and the whole Breneke's area. The only complaint was that they wouldn't give us a late checkout; seems needlessly cheap when you have 5 hours to clean (if a late checkout of 11 is granted) and it was pretty clear that there were few other turnovers that day (Wednesday). Having a paralyzed spouse and two octogenarians in our party who needed to be shuttled separately to the airport made the move out complicated when it could have been so easy!
