Nestled among a championship golf course, Pili Mai is set in an ideal location on the island of Kauai’s south shore in Poipu Beach. This is Kauai's newest resort development and has a choice of two, three, and four bedroom luxury condominiums.

This central Poipu location offers ocean, golf course, and mountain views and is within walking distance to additional dining, shopping, and entertainment at Poipu Shopping Village and a short distance to world famous Poipu Beach.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Amazing Condo

The condo was incredible, well stocked and absolutely beautiful, the layout was perfect for our 3 generation family trip and the attention to detail was wonderful. They made sure that my husband and I felt a little extra specail as we were celebrating out 20th Wedding anniversary there.

Family vacation. Great location on golf course, close to beach. Very clean unit with good amenities. A/C in Hawaii units sometimes temperature-limited, and this only goes down to 76°F, so we went without A/C and kept windows open.

Awesome property, no functional wifi

Loved the property, very clean, great location, super relaxing, beach gear provided, close to the pool, just tremendous! Only complaint was that WiFi was not functional, we could connect to the network but it was so slow it was not usable. Minor complaint for a great property that is loaded and well taken care of.

We loved our stay in Kauai. The Pili Mai condo was all that we expected. We were impressed by how comfortable the beds were in each of the bedrooms. The location was a little far from the beach but not a problem. The view from our patio was great and we enjoyed to occasional visit by one of the local roosters. Are only negative issue was one of the sink drains made a gurgling sound each time the AC turned on. We had ot keep the bathroom door closed to block out the gurgling noise. Parrish Collections sent over service technicians, but they were not able to resolve the problem. They said they would send over an AC technician but one never showed up during our stay.

Absolutely the BEST

My family had the most incredible stay at this beautiful condo. My kids loved the pool, exploring the property and walking down to Little Fish Coffee in the mornings. This condo is an excellent choice for families! Can't wait to come back.

The property had everything needed for a short 5 day stay on the island from beach towels to beach gear (chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc.). Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware to prep breakfast and more.

The ocean view from the lanai was better than expected and the parking space in front of the unit was a plus. The welcome gift basket was a nice surprise. The only downside was the BBQs were far away, not enough paths to easily access them.Vacation Realty was very easy to work with, they addressed our concerns promptly. We look forward to working with them for future vacations!
