This central Poipu location offers ocean, golf course, and mountain views and is within walking distance to additional dining, shopping, and entertainment at Poipu Shopping Village and a short distance to world famous Poipu Beach.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. We just wrapped up a wonderful stay and are already missing the island vibes! If you’re looking for a spot that is sparkling clean and where everything works perfectly from the moment you walk in, this is it.The HighlightsSeamless Communication: A huge shout-out to Parrish! Their communication was top-notch—professional, quick, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay.The Pool Scene: The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. It’s the perfect place to soak up the sun. Like any great resort, it gets lively and spirited with kids in the afternoons, which adds a fun energy to the atmosphere!Pro Tip for Sleepers: We’ve stayed at Pili Mai before in lower units. Just a heads-up: these buildings are designed in a way that you’ll hear footsteps from upstairs. If you’re a light sleeper or want total quiet, just keep that in mind—but honestly, it’s all part of the resort life!A Couple of SuggestionsWe spent a lot of time enjoying the fresh air, and we’d love to see the patio area get a little more TLC. The local chickens like to hang out there (classic Hawaii!), so the area and chair pads needed a bit of a scrub. We ended up hosing it down ourselves to keep it fresh. Adding a small outdoor table would also be a total game-changer for morning coffee!A Note on Our DepartureDue to an unexpected medical emergency, we had to check out a night early. While the contract is firm and no refund was offered, we would have loved to see a small gesture of flexibility.

This a beautiful condo in a great location. It has plenty of space. We really enjoyed the two en suites. The kitchen island was nice and big. The kitchen and condo in general are well stocked. The only funny little quirk is the crooked artwork electrical outlet in the kitchen and cord hanging from the TV.

Unit was as advertised. Clean, great location near pool, and walking distance to a small shopping center. Floors are thin and the guests above us were quite loud when walking around, but that is not something we expect is able to be remedied, just something to note as it can be quite loud with multiple people stomping around above you. All that said we were able to have a stress free vacation with easy check in/out and a quality space to call home for our vacation.

Our 5th visit to Kauai and 2nd time stay at Pili Mai. Community BBQ, pool, and jacuzzi were convenient and great. Walking distance to shopping plaza. Close to Brennecke beach/baby beach. Will definitely come back again.

Updated condo property, great bathrooms and bedrooms, large kitchen, more space than we even needed, clean, effecient check in and out, good pool and hot tub area as well. Soundproofing isn't great, so could hear upstairs residents walking around occasionally. Kitchen relatively well stocked, but missing a couple items that would have been handy.

Wonderful stay

Great property, and very very clean. There was more than enough space for 3 adults. The description of the property was very accurate. It was stocked with all the basics to do laundry, toiletries, and cook. Good location if you’re looking to stay near Poipu. I wouldn’t say the beach is walking distance but it’s not very far. Down by the main road (walking distance) there’s a small shopping center with a Starbucks and some restaurants. If you travel further down the road by the traffic circle there’s another nice shopping center with some restaurants and a drug store. In the same traffic circle there’s a local market that has lots of local favorites. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay at Mali Pai
