The cosy holiday apartment Sankt Johann II is located in the city centre of Konstanz and impresses by its excellent location in the oldest part of the city, the Niederburg, and by the individually and lovingly designed interiors. It is located in a listed building, which was completely renovated in 2020 and dates back to 1275.



The apartment consists of a living room and bedroom (with a double bed and a sofa bed), a very well equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom and thus offers space for a maximum of 4 persons.



Guests can use the inner courtyard to park bicycles or to make themselves comfortable in the sitting area.



Due to the excellent location, there is a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in the immediate vicinity (20-300 m; 1-5 minutes on foot). Lake Constance is approx. 300 m away (5 minutes on foot), while the nearest bathing area, the Constance Rheinstrandbad, is 800 m away (11 minutes on foot).



In addition to the many sights close to the city centre, the Bodensee Therme is one of the most popular places in Constance (3.8 km; 10 minutes by car), where you can spend a relaxing day in the numerous swimming pools and saunas.



Constance main railway station is only 1.2 km away (5 minutes by car or 11 minutes on foot).
