The property is located in the small village of Brezovica pri Gradinu in the southeastern part of Slovenia, close to the border with Croatia. The village is surrounded by rolling hills, forests and farmland providing the ideal location for outdoor activities including hiking, cycling and nature walks.

Popular nearby excursions include: a day trip to the historic port of Koper (a 30-minute drive), San Giusto Castle (a 45-minute drive) or a trip to the nearby village of Gradin (a 15-minute walk) where visitors can explore local churches, traditional architecture and learn about the history of the area. For fun in the water, Aquapark Istralandia is a 40-minute drive away.

The local area is also a paradise for wine enthusiasts, there is a vineyard a 6-minute drive from the accommodation where guests can enjoy the local wine whilst learning about the centuries-old winemaking traditions that define the area. The closest restaurant is a 8-minute drive away and a supermarket a 2-minute drive from the property.
