Wake to a continental breakfast with organic produce and real coffee, brewed fresh each morning by Sean, our resident barista and coffee tragic. Guests often tell us the sleep alone is worth the stay.

Your hosts are Sandra, a spirited retired art tutor, and her son Sean, a beach expert, movie buff, and excellent pasta and pizza maker. Hospitality here is genuine, unforced, and personal.

After a day exploring nearby beaches, you’re welcome to relax at the house, enjoy a home-cooked pasta or pizza, or settle into the media room for a movie night with popcorn.

Tumby Bay is only minutes away, with pristine water, long quiet walks, and excellent cafes including the much-loved Blue Water Cafe and OPA. The beach walk end-to-end and back can take most of a day and you may only pass a handful of people.

Port Lincoln is an easy drive and offers everything from supermarkets and French-style cafes to wineries, seafood, national parks, and unforgettable oyster experiences, including learning to shuck oysters straight from the water.

The final approach to Eden on Todd River includes a short unsealed country road. Guests tell us it’s part of the transition, leaving the noise behind and arriving properly.
