A superb stay in the best area

Fantastic stay with excellent location. Staffs were superb basically fulfilled all your needs. I had a short trip in between and they allowed the luggage to stay for a week before I return. Highly recommended :)

Young-uncle reception was so profressional. He gave me good informations all I need in english. This hotel is surround by many shops and restaurant, both breakfast, dinners and One department-store just opposite right there at the corner. There's cheap water drink shop near by as well.

The check in was terrible. I was waiting in the lobby because I didn’t notice a small sign saying the actual check in was on the 5th floor. At check in - it was quite late and I asked about where I could eat and was told maybe some places around here. There were no specifics offered. The bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable - like lying on a slab of wood.

Nice but not as expected

Location is supreme as it is close to many attractions and the MTR. HOWEVER the advertisement on hotel.com is incorrect as there is no laundry service at all which caused us some difficulties. Also there was no soap or hand towels in the room and when we asked at reception for those, they said the property did not provide this (two days later we finally got towels). The bed gave us another surprise as it is hard as a stone. Apart from this the room is nicely decorated but due to building works the lifts and exits were restricted.
