My last choice of hotel to date in Hong Kong

Not the usual 4 star hotel experience that I had. The hotel is dated and the room is small. I can barely move in there shower/ toilet. Over experience with the service team was unpleasant. Housekeeping only cleared the bins n washed the toilet. My bed was not made.

The room was very clean and it was so convenient to get there from the station. It was also very near a bus station that took us to the airport. It was about 35 HKD per person.

Everything is perfect jn this hotel. Location shopping n dining. The money you pay for this hotel is perfect. Small but that’s how it is in HK. Hotel is clean n staff is friendly. We were able to check our luggage n travel to other China cities n came back stay again at this location. Love it n thank you.

Very reasonable pricing. Convenient to West Kowloon High Speed Rail, Jordan and Austin MTR. Wellcome supermarket and Cafe de Coral just across the road. Nathan Road is just around the corner. Lots of cheap eateries around. Room was very clean, and tea and coffee sachets topped up daily.. Bar fridge worked very well. Air con worked very well. We'd have no problems staying there again.

Room: the room itself was just okay. The curtains were really difficult to open and the carpet was not clean. After we did room cleaning service, one of our pillows had a large coffee stain on it. Our room didn’t have an ironing board or an iron, even though our friends had one. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. Staff: the front desk people were not very friendly or helpful. The cleaning staff were great. Give them a raise. Location: location was awesome. The hotel is in the middle of a busy hub so very easy to get around via bus or MTR or taxi. Lots of things to do and see and eat. Amenities: there isn’t much to do at the hotel. They have a lounge/dining area, but you can’t just sit there and hang out with your friends. You have to buy something in order to sit. The laundry is accessible via tokens, but the dryer leaves your clothes still very damp. Overall experience: If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s convenient, this is the best. If you’re looking to have a comfortable stay, I would not recommend.
