The concierge and check-in staff were amazing, so kudos to all of them. Also, the location was great as how could you beat being right next to a mall and the view from the pool is picture perfect. I definitely recommend staying here for all and can’t wait to come back soon.

Everything was very satisfactory. The staff was professional, the room clean, the location very well connected. Maybe the room was a bit cool. A dehumidifier or a stronger dehumidifier might keep the room dry without cooling it down so much. Even when are switched off the aircon, the room stayed cool

Cordis provides impeccable service for our family of six. We stayed there for 2 nights in the club rooms with lounge access in Nov 2025. We staff were very helpful in every aspect. The breakfast buffet at The Place was tasty and freshly made.The staff, especially Yoki at the restaurant treated us like family and made sure everything we needed was readily available.
