I travel frequently for work, this is the worse experience I have ever had, first the receptionist at checkin was rude, the room don’t look like the photo at all, it is dark, and very ran down, the vinyl on the seating has splits and was taped together with duct tape, the room smells of dampness and mold. I rang house keeping or reception no one pickup the phone for a long time. I went down to the reception, a different receptionist from before, and she was rude too, and I witnessed another receptionist being rude to another guest, my overall impression is this hotel just don’t care, staffs are rude and not helpful, they don’t care about general repair and maintenance, I can see this hotel was once a nice hotel but just lacks TLC. The only good thing about this hotel is the shower water temperature and pressure is good, and two of the concierge staffs are helpful with our luggage.

The room was pretty dirty, hair on the ground and what looked to be mold or dirt in some of the furniture (bench/chair). Shower was old and stained and chipped everywhere and the sink faucet was leaking. The surfaces didn’t look wipped down and over half the lights didn’t work. Great staff who were very kind and super helpful. Didn’t complain about the room and checked out very early.

My family and I stayed at Regal Kowloon from June 26-July 4, 2025. This was my return to Hong Kong after many years and it was lovely to visit my 2nd home again. I would like to share a few of my experiences: 1) Our room was spotless and the beds were comfortable, making a great night's sleep for me and my children. Housekeeper Ah WONG was very pleasant and always greeted us in the morning on our way to breakfast. 2) Front Desk staff were very courteous: WILLIAM and ASLAN provided helpful information about my stay. Duty Manager KING WONG was kind to approve our late checkout request. You have a good Front Desk team, Maureen - much appreciated! 3) We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, thanks to Paggy and the crew! The variety of food was fresh and scrumptious. I was impressed with the turnaround of the table after one guest leaves and the the table is ready for the next guest on busy mornings. 4) EMA in Club Lounge took good care of us as we relaxed and enjoyed our drinks, snacks and the massage chair :-) 5) Thank you Concierge MICHAEL & DAISY for storing our luggage while we were out and waited for our ride. 6) The hotel's location was conveniently located near Victoria Harbour and the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. It is also a walking distance of many shops, restaurants and the metro station. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
