The first room I was given smelled like smoke, even though it was on a non smoking floor. I turned right around and asked for a new room and the staff was really nice about it. The second room was not smoky but it did have a sort of musty old building smell, but it was fine for me. I feel like they could've vacuumed the carpet more. The bed was firm but comfortable and I slept well there. I personally don't like that there's no overhead light, just 3 lamps, none of which are very bright. You have to open the window curtains to brighten up the room. Overall it was fine, not exactly 5 stars in my opinion, but the room is fine and the location is great. The cleaning staff was very nice and the towels were thick and fluffy. I also liked that there was a desk and chair even for a small room, and there was a bottle filling station on every floor (and the water tasted good) and the bathroom counter had a decent amount of space for toiletries. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

What a smart, stylish, super cute boutique hotel! It is spotlessly clean. The bedroom is spacious with a massive bed, extremely confortable with lovely soft bed linens. The location is great if you want to be in the heart of Tsim Shah Tsui, with walkable amenities. There's a great little bar, La Luna a minute's walk on the same side of the street which was good for a nightcap. Also a lovely looking restaurant opposite called Enchante which we didn't manage to try as we only had 2 nights, but it served fresh pasta and other dushes if you need a change from the great chinese food in the area. The hotel has a restaurant we didn't try, only because we wanted to get out and explore. We did try the bar for a Happy Hour drink. It is very stylish but was very quiet early evening on a Tuesday. I bet it's great on a Friday evening with live music though. Overall, extremely pleased wirh this great value hotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we come back to Hong Kong!

I always stay in this hotel if I go for several days. It is very convenient, everything is close to go to dinner, if you want to go to a bar you have many options at the back of the hotel and if you want to go shopping too many options around.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Tsim sha Tsui. Convenient to the MTR 5 min walk and great shopping & restaurants nearby. Also the Kowloon park is 5 min walk away. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and nice to have a fridge and kettle. Most of all this hotel has fabulous, friendly staff- Tony, Tommy, Cary, Michael and Terrance especially made me feel welcome and at home!

We had reserved two nights on a row during the storm period. We missed one night due to unable to return from VN. However, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room and to provide free breakfast. Rooms at the luxe manor were large for HK standards. Very comfortable stay with everything we needed. Great water pressure and clean rooms. Location wise, it’s well placed in a central location, just a short walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, and other buses plying the main Nathan Road. Bus A21 direct to the airport is conveniently located across the road. There is also a supermarket just 3 mins away, and a superb cha chaan teng just 50 metres down the road. Shout out to Elton who provided excellent service and was empathetic when we had to make last minute arrangements due to Typhoon Ragasa. He helped us to extend our stay at a reasonable rate, and subsequently helped to cancel when we got a last minute flight out before the Typhoon arrived - all with ease and patience. It’s times like these that travellers feel safe and in good hands when faced with sudden chaotic situations. We would definitely stay at the Luxe Manor again!
