- Location: only 2 blocks from an MTR station and located in the heart of the city. - Excellent service: Staffs were friendly. - The rooms were quiet and clean. Had enough charging outlets for phones and electronics.

Had an amazing stay at Mira, environment was clean and staff were friendly. Very convenient location within walking distance of the metro bus stations, and shopping complexes. Housekeeping was amazing too. Would stay here again.

Staffs were very nice and accomodating. It’s usually a lovely place to stay. I only ever stay here when I visit Hong Kong but given it is under renovation I will have to find another hotel next time I return. My room was directly under the hammering and drilling on seventh floor. The staff kindly moved me to another room away from the renovation after my complaint the next day. After a long flight, I was waiting to check in so you can rest but not this time. Noticed of renovation was mentioned at booking which is great but I wasn’t aware that my room was under the floor being renovated. With the amount of money spent for a night at this hotel, this is unacceptable.
