At check in ,the staff accompanied us up to our room and personally showed us the room's facilities and made sure that we are satisfied with our room.They offered me a good deal to their Deluxe Harbor view room which is like the size of a luxury apartment in prime location of Hong Kong Extremely nice indoor pool and hot tub.Tried Gaddi's and Spring Moon restaurants and the food and service was fabulous. 6 stars hotel all around
