While the location was very good for my needs, I had to shower, get dress and check out in the dark as my room had no lights when I woke up. Even though reception knew, since I told them, there was no effort to apologize for the inconvenience.

Just OK

My stay was ok, but nothing special. It's modest in price and you don't expect much, but there were things that were poor, such as the lift in the building which is very old and unrealiable. If you not comfortable with lugging your things up and down the stairs, then best not stay here. Also there is no room for a suitcase. I travel light, so it didn't affect me.

The room was a bit small but that was to be expected from the price and the area. The area is central TST and within walking distance of plenty of attractions such as Avenue of the Stars and Kowloon Park. Although outside the building there are some unsavory characters lurking about, but that is not the hotels fault. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful. .

DO NOT STAY THIS HOSTEL

DIDNT EVEN STAY THIS HOSTEL, THEY CANCEL IT BEFORE ONE WEEK I REACH HK, I WAS SO SHOCK AND THE INDIAN RECEPTIONIST GIRL TELL ME SO CASUAL THAT THEY CANCEL 1 WEEK AGO AND IS LIKE NOT THEIR FAULT AND WORST TILL IS NOW I DIDNT EVEN GET MY REFUND BACK AND I BOOK THIS HOSTEL ON JUNE N IS ALREAFY PAID, SO I STILL NEED TO FIND PLACE TO STAY N IS NOT EVEN FAIR TO ME COZ NEARER THE DATE IT IS, THE MORE EXPENSIVE IT WAS, HOPE HOTELS. COM WILL GIVE ME A GOOD EXPLANATION WHY IZZIT CANCEL AND I AM NOT NOTICE AND IS MORE THEN A MONTH I HAVENT GET ANY REFUND.

Great value accommodation

Toronto Inn is part of a group called Toronto Motel Group and we didn't actually end up staying in Toronto Inn but rather Strawberry Guesthouse close by, saying that though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was small and basic but when you book a 9 metre square room that's what you get, the bed was high enough though to store plenty of luggage under. The room was cleaned daily which was nice and the whole place smelled clean each day. We had a private bathroom which was also cleaned daily. There was a safe in the room and a microwave and hot water facilities for noodle pots just outside our room, free tea, coffee and cups by the hot water urn also. The staff were extremely friendly but the front desk wasn't manned much of the time. The only problem really was the queue for the lift to the twelfth floor, when it was too long we ended up walking up the stairs to save ourselves the wait! Overall though good value and close to the waterfront for the lightshow and ferry, train and bus links to other parts of Hong Kong worth seeing. Also an amazing soupy dumplings shop within walking distance!

Bad hotel with no information

Cancelled my reservation without information. I only get to know it when im trying to check in at the hotel and they told me that the reservation is cancelled due to renovation until im trying to check in at the hotel so i have to try to find a new accomdation on the same day.

Ideal for solo backpacker/traveler

For the price, the room was good. It was small, but clean and ideal for a solo traveler. Location was convenient, only steps away from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR train station. Good wi-fi connection. Air conditioning and fan kept the room cool. The room I got was in the neighbouring Chung King Mansion, even though the Hostel reception was in the Mirador mansion.

Best in the area if looking to go cheap.

Really amazing people. Very good service. Lot of effort made in not great buidling which they cannot control (part of complex) Cleaned every day to amazing standard. Very cold fridge. Very hot shower. Best in the area. Good security. If you don't believe you should see the rest of them!!! Just say no to Indian dudes (they DO take no for an answer) They are everywhere anyway.

Is a good option but...

I went for 2 nights, Toronto Inn is a good option for the price and location. I am not rating higher just because the first night they said that some guest decided to stay one more night in what was supposed to be my room, so that night they moved me to another place near (strawberry) which was a terrible place, it was nosisy and at 1 am someone opened the door of my room “accidentally”. So if you book with Toronto inn make sure you sleep there which is a good option for the price. (Be prepared the rooms are incredible smalls)

立地がいい

ビクトリアハーバーにもさっと行けるし、飲食店や駅も近くて便利な立地。チェックインでは迷ったが、対応してくれたスタッフは親切で良かった。部屋も口コミから想像していたものより綺麗。シーツに少し汚れがあるのが気になったが、持参したタオルをひいて寝たので問題なし。シャワーはトイレの真上な感じだったので使わなかったが、トイレ自体は綺麗だったので良かった。

So BAD 화장실, 방에 벌래 기어다니고 숙소자체가 습기차고 침대도 눅눅함 특히나 직원들이 안친절하고 무시함. 인종차별하나싶을정도였음 샤워 자체를 못할정도로 좁고 벌래땜에 찝찝해함. 멀티 플래그도 없고 드라이기 설치되어있으면 뭐하나요? 일본식 콘센트라서 사용도 못하는걸ㅡㅡ 그냥 폼으로 달아놓음
