We had an incredible stay. The staff were truly outstanding - very friendly and helpful throughout. Each person remembered our allergies / dietary requirements and ensured these could be accommodated for in each meal. The people leading the activities (Thai boxing, yoga etc) were also excellent. The rooms, restaurants and facilities are excellent - they are spotless, modern and well maintained. Everything is set up so you can relax away from the busyness of the touristy areas of Krabi. We had planned to do a few day trips during our stay but, once we arrived, opted to instead maximise our time at the resort. I cannot fault this resort at all. The people really go above and beyond and made our stay so special. We will be back!

Everything about the resort was fantastic. Rooms were spotless, spacious and well thought out. All the staff were exceptional. Our group had some dietary restrictions which caused a couple of issues which were quickly and effectively resolved. Staff quickly knew our names and preferences and made us feel so welcome!

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL – from the lobby to the rooms to the pool to the beachfront restaurant – with plants and waterfalls running through the property. The people are all smiles – very friendly and helpful with arranging excursions and cars to different beaches. Highly recommend!!!

AMAZING stay, we did not want to leave and in fact moved our flight just so we could spend more time there. The views, restaurants, and staff are truly one of a kind and made our experience. Their kind gestures, and tentative care was never left unnoticed. They truly made our stay impeccable and left an impact on all of us in the short time we got to know them. Fantastic!

The team across all departments was 1st class and genuine. The chef is amazing, 20+ years experience creating authentic southern thai food and italian food. We stayed here 4 nights, and didn't leave. The morning yoga activities are great, the property is properly cared for with the support of 9 gardeners!. Beach is clean, and sunset facing.

The perfect spot to end our 2 weeks around Thailand. I wish we had stayed longer! The rooms and the property were beautiful. The staff was so kind. Out of all the places we stayed this had the best upkeep and we got the most stunning sunset/rainbow on the beach to close out our trip.

Nice little touches throughout stay. Quieter location. Beachfront walks every day to breakfast. We had a pool villa and pool was used every day. Complimentary iced teas after swimming, staff helpful & welcoming. Breakfast really good. Small hotel with plenty of space so loungers and hammocks, kayaks always available. Italian restuarant good. Not the cheapest but this place justifies its price well overall. We had an enjoyable stay. An example of a trip was private long tail boat for 5 hours to 4 islands with water, fruit and coconus (not lunch) for 3 people for about £125 which we thoroughly enjoyed. Sort of missed being closer to things, but taxi to Ao Nang shopping and choice of eateries 15 mins and about 500 Baht. Never really bothered to find the other local restuarants along the beach. When the walk to breakfast is through lovely tropical garden, it's pleasant. A mango fell off a tree on the last day right in front of us, we'll see if we can ripen it at home if we get it past customs.

Our stay at Tubkaek Hotel in Krabi was pure paradise from start to finish. The location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the Andaman Sea and unforgettable sunsets right from the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with warm smiles and exceptional service. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with every comfort in mind. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the beachside dining made every meal magical. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with luxury touches, Tubkaek Hotel is a dream come true. We can’t wait to return!

when the time we arrive, our next room was in construction, the painting smell caused us can't use the balcony. The hotel offering us the deluxe room with the pool but we didn't want to pack all the things back to luggage so we refused, instead they gave us a free meal. The staff was nice and try hard to solve the problem.
