This hotel is in a good central location, very convenient for sightseeing and eating out. The room was spacious, clean and inviting. Reception staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was rich and varied. I would go there again without hesitation.

Brilliant, hotel was great. Great location for walks to the Old Town. Rooms were clean and quiet. Stayed for four nights during a trip to Krakow. Close walking distance to the old town and we even walked over to the shindlers museum from here (all be it a bit far, but doable). Hotel very clean and tidy. Hotel staff very accommodating and helpful, allowed us to leave luggage there when we arrived and after we checked out as we had a evening flight. Restaurant was amazing, we had breakfast included and then also booked for dinner one night. Very good food and value for money. Bar allowed us to take drinks up to our rooms. 10/10 would not hesitate to book again.
