The Garni was a wonderful place to stay for our first time in Poland! Very friendly staff, the room was great quality and very clean, and the location is perfect for being able to access the Old Town and local attractions, but far enough away that it’s quiet at night and away from the hubbub of the city. There are wonderful cafes and restaurants minutes away providing authentic Polish cuisine that are not overrun by tourists. Fantastic location and a great stay; would highly recommend for anyone having their first trip to Krakow or returning!

Hotel was clean and quiet, food was lovely. Good variety at breakfast. Had dinner in the hotel and food was really nice. Had the beef cheek and lamb rump and the meat was so tender and a decent size. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved our stay! Everything great. Only thing not so great was the shower which had pretty rubbish water pressure and bed which were twins pushed together. Location great, staff really good, nice and quiet, reception lovely to come back to after a busy day of walking around in the cold. Lovely coffee shop next door. Would recommend and stay again for the price that we paid.

We loved the hotel, highly recommend, staff were lovely, breakfast was plentiful, room was spotless,10 minute walk to the Old Town, 10 Minute walk the the train station, 15 minute walk to Hero Square and in the Jewish Quarter, the only gripe is you need to put a signpost to the Hotel near the Synagogue as it was difficult to find initially, we would definately return if we go to Krakow again

This hotel was lovely. Nothing really bad to say about it to be honest. Room was spotless and cleaned promptly each day. Staff were all friendly and professional. We didn’t use the restaurant at all but the bar area was nice and reasonably priced. The only issue was the distance to the main square if you’re not fond of walking, we didn’t mind though, got some exercise in to work off all the good food we ate! Would highly recommend.

Hotel is nice and room was clean but it is basic for what is a 4 star hotel. The air conditioning did not work and the room was very warm. There was no minibar in room, despite being asked if we’d used anything from it. The bathroom skirting light remains on despite electrics being switched off - these could’ve been specific issues with our room only but an honest review.
