The room was clean and was continually looked after. Staff were pleasant and the location is great for anyone coming or going by train or bus. The restaurant was a great surprise with tasty food available to order throughout the day.

The room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Maybe not the best place for an American tourist landing in Krakow for the first time, as the people at the front desk were not very helpful. I had many questions about the train and where to catch it but the person the desk said she was unable to help me. Also, no USB charging ports in the room, so I had to walk to the nearby mall and find an electronics store with a Polish to American adaptor.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that I could store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was super convenient. The hotel is in a great location — close to train stations, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!

On the whole a pleasant stay. Staff generally friendly and room comfortable. Breakfast was good although plates could have been bigger. Very good array of shops. Perhaps the only downside was large groups of residents taking over the restaurant and being asked to move tables to accommodate them. Are we not as important? Also younger residents running up and down the corridor is not acceptable

Good hotel with excellent links.

The hotel is the perfect place to use as a base as it is a few hundred yards from the train and bus station and an easy walk into the Market Square. The rooms are fine but I would have liked tea and coffee available like so many other hotels and a fridge too would be nice. The air conditioning didn't seem to lower the temperature. Apart from that the room was clean and comfortable and perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was limited but there was enough to set you up for the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cons were certainly outweighed by the pros so if you are looking for a hotel with good location and links, the IbIs Krakow is ideal.
