Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and airy. Food and drinks were great and not too expensive. There is a shop near by and to get about town there is a tram stop just outside. My stay was perfect

We enjoyed our 5-night stay at Ibis Styles and Krakow. Little negatives: 1. Could have had two pillows per person. 2. Found the lighting in the room not bright enough. 3. Air conditioning was noisy. Otherwise, excellent hotel and great breakfast. We would certainly be happy to stay there again.

The one major thing that was a problem for me was that the bed had a foam style mattress which got VERY hot during the night so I woke up every night sweating, even with the aircon down as far as it would go. There were some minor things other than this but overall the hotel is fine. Staff were always very friendly.

Hotel Ibis meets expectations.

The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a bar-restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel (Cystersów), which takes you to the city center in 10 minutes.
