Great location. Shopping Mall across for hotel. Walk through mall to get to train station. Guided tours pick up about 80m from hotel. Good size room. Very clean. Slept well. Can hear the trams at night but lucky for me I am not a light sleeper. Did not go for the breakfast option as we were out early every morning.

Trip to Polonia

Hotel is perfectly situated directly across from the shopping mall, train station and bus station and a short walk to the old town. Staff were very friendly and approachable, we didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the breakfast. The only negative is that the room was very dated and could maybe benefit from a slight uplift.

Gracious, classy, well maintained, and kudos to the chef. I liked it well enough to extend my stay two extra days. Bonus--It is close to everything. Some reviewers have mentioned the noise from the trolleys. It is true they are a constant, but they feel like the steady heartbeat of the city. They are not shrill or startling. If you are on a higher floor, they are just background sound.

Windows are very old so they don't close properly so the room was always an icebox and the noise of the street trams was annoying. Other than that the hotel was charming

Excellent stay

Excellent stay. Its a traditional hotel with many period features. The breakfast is outstanding and varied. The staff is very helpful. The location is very handy for old town and also close to the train station and other public transport. We have stayed there before and would choose it again.
